Fantastische firma met de goedkoopste prijzen tegen de beste kwaliteit. Heel groot assortiment. Je hoeft niet verder te zoeken.

Vorrei capire per quale motivo se acquisto da computer dei freni a disco mi costano 57 euro ma se li acquisto da cellulare, GLI STESSI, sono a 37 euro. Raga, ma seriamente? Lol

Avevo un problema con una spedizione di dischi perché non erano quelli x la mia vettura ho contattato il servizio clienti e nel giro di una settimana mi hanno risolto il problema.Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per la risoluzione.

I have received multiple damaged orders from AUTODOC, and this time the situation is even worse.
The box arrived torn, re-sealed with DPD tape, several parts were scratched or damaged, and one rear shock absorber was completely missing.
This is not the first time I have issues with DPD or AUTODOC packaging. I have previously received leaking shocks and dented parts.
These repeated problems are delaying my work and causing serious inconvenience.
I have already contacted AUTODOC with full photo evidence and I am waiting for a proper resolution.

Comunicazione con operatori eccellente, specie con Mariano che ho avuto il piacere di conoscerlo tramite mail e mi ha sempre dato un buon aiuto e consigli sugli acquisti ,ve li consiglio

Dopo spiscevole inconveniente,ho ricevuto ina piacevole risposta alla mia problematica dalla sig.ra Paola dell" ufficio qualita'.
Ho riscontrato una piacevole volonta' di venirmi incontro a una mia richiesta che prima mi era stata rimbalzata per 16 giorni,poi rivisya e rimbotdaya.Grazie a tutti e buon lavoro sperando di non avere piu' bisogno di questo servizio.Buona giornata.

Fast shipping and good prices.
The eligibility criteria for discounts and the fact that only one coupon per order could be used were not explained anywhere on the site. A misunderstanding with their helpdesk led me to send an order thinking that the agent would have added a discount. Only upon sending the order, the agent explained to me that I was not entitled to the discount that I expected (basically, also rims were excluded although they only wrote that tires were excluded).
The manager in charge for dealing with my claim granted me a free shipping which saved me the same amount of the discount that I was not offered.

All’s well that ends well, I suppose.

Hopefully they’ll state exclusions and rules for coupon usage better in the future.
