Real helpful and got my car towed with no problem

They were able to get our vehicle towed quickly and efficiently. Communication was on point and was able to inform us about when it will be picked up and delivery was done with no issues. In case of future emergency I will reach back out to autohauldirect 100%!

Gavin made everything possible to make sure I was taken care off and my car was delivered fast! Would definitely recommend autohaul for anyone that needs their vehicle transported.

Thank you is not enough to say how pleased and at ease I am with Gavin’s service. He truly went above and beyond to find a driver and deliver my car from AZ to CA. I was a nervous wreck and he made sure to be very clear with the expectations. I gave him my budget and he was able to lock a driver within my budget in less than 24hours. I was previously working with a company that did not meet my original contract. I was very happy to get in contact with Gavin who was able to find transportation for me. Make sure to give Gavin a call before settling with anyone else. He truly works with the customer and is very nice compassionate and not pushy at al.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gavin and the exceptional service he provided from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond every step of the way and made sure everything was handled professionally and with genuine care.
Unfortunately, the transporter, HMT Logistics, damaged our vehicle while loading it onto the trailer. To make matters worse, the driver denied responsibility and even tried to blame us for the damage. Gavin never wavered. He stood by us, made sure HMT Logistics was held accountable, and worked tirelessly to ensure the situation was made right.
Throughout the entire process, Gavin kept us informed, advocated on our behalf, and demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. In a situation that could have been incredibly stressful, he made us feel supported and confident that everything would be resolved.

My Mercedes malfunctioned on the way to Philly from VA and I needed to towed back to VA. Roger was super efficient and helpful. He worked diligently to find a driver. He found one but the driver demanded more money once they asked for pix ans saw it was a Mercedes. I was annoyed since I disclosed the vehicle type and was quoted a price based on what I submitted so I refused to pay more. Roger assured me that if I was a bit patient and didnt mind waiting till Monday he would find a driver for me and he did.
The vehicle has been picked up and is en route to VA now

I signed up to ship my vehicle with Jazz, and she was great! She worked hard to get me the price that was promised and communicated well. Most of this industry will try to increase the fee after contract is signed, the drivers will dictate a lot of that, so set your limits upfront. I respect Jazz for trying to stick to contract price. We weren't able to find a driver for the time frame I needed, and initial deposit was fully refunded. I would trust working with Autohaul again.

Pickup and delivery was fine. Delivered vehicle 1 day late, but not any real issues. Thank for getting the vehicle delivered safe and without any incident.

We were not informed that they were a broker and price changed later. Scheduling kept changing along with different carrier companies. However, the final carrier was amazing to work with!

My car was delivered in the appropriate time frame that was told to me and I got pictures of pickup and when delivered both of the dispatch and driver stayed in contact with me. This company is a reputable company. I would use again if needed to.

If I could give less than I one star I would. I was quoted a price verbally and in writing and then that price was included in the contract. The fine print in the contract said price could changed due to weather, etc. The autohauldirect representative verbally promised the price would not change. 24 hours later he called me and told me price would be 3x what he quoted. After 100+ text messages back and forth I Mmanaged to get the price to 2x what I was originally quoted. When the driver arrived with the car, the delivery price the autohauldirect representative promised the delivery company was $50 more than the price of the second contract I signed. I have shipped cars before and this was by far the worth experience.

Had an amazing experience with them! Gavin did an absolute perfect job communicating with me and keeping me updated,along with giving me the best prices available!
He had found me the best driver for the job and the car was transported to buyer in great time!
I highly recommend using them for any and all auto transport needs!

I disliked the fact that I signed a contract to have my car transported for $650. On the day of pickup, your agent told me that there were no drivers available at that price. She should have known this ahead of time. Consequently, since I needed the car moved on that date, the price increased to $1100.!! You backed me into a corner, knowing that I would pay your additional amount of money to have the car moved on that particular day. Also, my car was initially loaded onto a two car flatbed trailer, with my car hanging off the back, to be moved to another location and reloaded onto a proper auto carrier. That was not explained to me and that was not part of the contract. And finally, I told your agent to tell the driver to call me with updates on his arrival. I even spoke to the driver myself, requesting that he would give me updates. I never received a call from your company or your driver. I was busy and my wife had to take delivery of my car. That was unprofessional and upsetting to my wife. If anyone asks for an auto hauling company, yours is THE LAST I would recommend.

My vehicle was never picked up. They changed the pick-up time twice. Said they couldn’t find a driver and refunded the 300. Don’t waste your time now. My car is being towed away because of incompetence from this company.
