Ive been back to AutoID multiple times now, they're recommendations for products to complete my car have been absolutely spot on! Full exhaust, full carbon kit, full lowering stance kit and even topping it off with picking the perfect colour to refurbish my wheels. Taylan was super responsive on the phone/in person, would recommend/work with them again in the future 👌👌

The customer support for AUTOID is honestly the best I've ever dealt with.

They couldn't have done more to help me with my orders. The parts I was looking for weren't available on their site. I filled in the "I'm looking for parts" form not expecting to get a reply or getting an email saying it was out of stock.

What I got was a personal email...written by a human, which is nice for a change, explaining how they don't have it in stock and proceeded to move heaven and earth to get it from the supplier in a timely manner.

Both high value items I bought from them were directly ordered from the supplier, one of which being VW. And delivered well short of the time estimated.

If you can't find a parts online, this customer service team will get it sorted I have no doubt.

I came in on the 12/03/2026 for a spoiler for a gti mk8.5 when I booked they was really good with time slots and communication was amazing , the team are really helpful and professional how they talk to you , any questions they will answer to the best of there knowledge, the workmanship ship is incredible I’ve been using auto id for nearly 3 years now and will recommend to any friends or family for modifications to there vehicle , products are high quality and professional fitted , thanks again for another great experience

Travelled from Leeds to get my Canards and Grille fitted. Definitely worth the trip. Had them both done within under an hour. Really friendly and honest staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area also. Pleased with our service :)

I had to make a warranty claim and braced myself for a lengthy process. Taylan responded to my request and at first, there was a little back and forth but it was so that we were on the same page. Taylan squared everything away and got my claim processed quickly. This company is trustworthy!!!

Great products, perfect fit on OEM like official parts. Fast delivery ordered on the Monday had it on the Tuesday. Staff are really nice and helpful was dealing with Tay! Answered all my questions at whatever time I asked him. Thank you very much team Autoid

It is a carbon wing, the surface is not wavy, no defects.

Customer service is in a league of its own,and how most businesses should be run,with great aftercare and support.

I purchased a lowering kit set up for my car, and one of the team helped so much with choosing the correct set up and nothing was to much trouble on showing me the rear differences in set ups for my car.
Definitely buy from Autoid again,aftercare is second to none and it means a lot to have your mind at ease that your bought the correct product for your car and it will arrive on time.

Excellent service and advice once again from AutoId, had stance kit fitted to BMW M2, amazing work and looks great.
Would recommend everyone to go here or if unsure about anything just give them a call, they are always friendly and happy to advise on what’s right for your car.

Great company to both purchase and get parts fitted with!

Purchased and had installed a milltek valves race system for my Mercedes A35 AMG. The fitting was completed inside of 2 hours whilst I waited in their great waiting room!

lo peor de lo peor para enviarme un paquete que aun no me ha llegado estoy esperando ya 20 dias y ahora esta parado en aduanas pediendo documentacion y pagar aduanas cuando d esto no se me aviso y no me han dicho nada ....una molestias para preparar documentacion da enviar a mesageria ellos que no dan explicaciones vamos un desastre os avierto no comprar en AUTOID no vale la pena no son profecionales nunca jamas volvere a comnprar aqui .....

Was a great experience and they fitted me in right before new year which was amazing. Nice fast service and they explained it all very well! Would definitely come back and recommend to others

Quick service, no complaints

Terrible experience. They work with ML Performance. The scam artist Marshall Lee ripping off innocent customers.

Anyone who works in connection with ML Performance will get bad reviews.

I am disgusted!!
