Amazing from start to finish. My salesman AJ helped personalize what I was looking for, had first hand knowledge of the features of the vehicle. Kept us reasonably within our price range. And secured the vehicle from another lot, had it delivered and detailed prior to picking it up. The entire signing process was quick and easy. My experience what Auto lender what's good I was pleasantly surprised at how they dealt with customers and the experience of doing your own test drive by yourself and how they were able to get a deal for me that worked for me the pricing was just a little high but it was okay to make the deal

This was my second car purchase with Auto Lenders. As always it was a pleasurable, no hassle experience. AJ & Howie were amazing! They listened to my needs and where I wanted to be with payments and such! Love these guys and will always do my car shopping with them! I love my 2020 Honda CRV!!!

I was very disappointed in both my sales person and the person who arrange the financing. I was told the sales person added on gap insurance I asked how much it would be and he said a couple of hundred dollars. When I got to the paperwork at home I discovered it was $1000. I don’t know the gap insurance is even needed on a six-year-old vehicle. I was also disappointed that the finance person added in $1000 for tire coverage, I did agree to it because I was tired and did not feel like going through anything with them. On the bright side, the next morning I called and spoke to the sales manager and he up quickly dropped both charges, apologized to me,and assured me it would not happen again. This is the second vehicle that we bought from the Voorhees auto lenders the first experience was very good, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and admit that I should have stopped him from adding the gap insurance and also told him I did not want the coverage on the tires. I will use them again in the future I feel they are a very reputable company, but I will be a lot more diligent on going over the paperwork

Can't beat a test drive

Michael Hodgins is a great salesman. I thank him for his hard work. He was straight forward with me. The vehicle required some additional preparations prior to taking ownership, he kept me posted on the schedule. I was given a loaner vehicle for the duration of the preparation. I had some minor discrepancies, which was handled immediately without rebuttal. That was comforting.

This is the third vehicle our family has purchased from Auto Lenders. They have proven to be competitive in sales and lending. Trade-ins are purchased according to market value. The service is respectful and the agents are knowledgeable about the vehicles. Each of the three vehicles purchased have been in great condition with low mileage. I would recommend them over and over again.

Very smooth transaction, did my research found a similar vehicle for the price I wanted and they worked with me and I got the deal. Salesman Michael Simione was very honest, nice and put in the time when I picked up the vehicle to go over the features since it was 12 years since my last convertible!
