Jaz is the go to girl!

I am in the process of purchasing through Driveway, thanks to Jaz! Buying a vehicle online can come with a lot of uncertainty, but she has made the process thus far, feel easy and stress-free. I haven’t received my car yet, but everything she said would happen along the way has happened exactly as she explained. She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and guided me every step of the way, which has increased my confidence throughout. I financed a Jeep Renegade 2018 through Driveway, it was a horrible mistake. I’ve only had it a year now, and had to have the engine replaced, the mechanic informed me that this was not something that just happened, he insisted I was sold this and they would has to have full knowledge of the motor damage , it has been costly and emotionally traumatic. They have done nothing to fix this

Nicholas has been awesome to deal with. He is very professional, communicative, and makes the whole process stress free. If he wasn't as good as he was I probably wouldn't have purchased because I was little irked with the DMV/Documentation fees.

Easy Process, Poor Communication After

My sales rep, Ethan, was great and the overall purchase process was seamless and easy. That part I can’t complain about.

However, the biggest issue is the lack of communication and overall customer experience. As a second-time buyer, this experience was far worse than my first. After the initial sale, communication completely dropped off. There was no proper handoff, no guidance on next steps, and it felt like once the deal was done, I was left on my own.

It honestly felt like everything was just scripted, and once that part was over, I got ghosted.

I’d still give credit where it’s due to the team that helped with my first purchase, but this second experience was disappointing and needs serious improvement in after-sales support.

Update : someone from your review team reached out, but guess what? i called three times, no answer, and even texted back still nothing. so i’m assuming it’s just an automated message.

Driveway was absolutely awesome!!

Driveway was absolutely awesome! This was the quickest easiest sale I have ever made in my life. Started on a Sunday and dropped off my car at the convenient location by friday. Got the full amount that was expected within minutes. I was able to get a couple hundred dollars more than Kelley Blue Book offered. I would highly recommend!
