Thank you for your feedback Mr Minnock, We are sorry that you are not happy with your customer journey with ourselves. We apologise that our delivery driver turning up early caused you such issues. If you would care to contact our office and advise how you were financially inconvenienced by the same we will look to reimburse you for any losses you endured. It is not our recollection that you were hurried following the early arrival of our driver, and whilst you have not stated that same in your review, we would assume that this relates to the damage to the hire vehicle whilst it was on hire with yourself. As previously stated, if you are in possession of any corroborative evidence to support your contention that the damage caused to the hire vehicle during it being on hire with yourself was not your responsibility, then please forward the same on to our office and it will be reviewed immediately upon receipt. As we did not undertake the repairs to your vehicle, it seems unfair to blame us directly for the quality of the same, especially when the appointed garage is a reputable and highly rated repairers online. However as always, should you wish to discuss our offices to discuss your concerns we would be more than willing to assist. With regards to your damaged car seat, we refute your suggestion that we will risk a child's safety to cut corners. We advised you that we would need a receipt or image of the same to recover the cost. We are yet to receive this from you. If you are able to supply the same, we shall gladly seek reimbursement of the cost immediately from the defendant insurers. The "Recommendation Gift" as you describe it is perfectly legal and inter business relations have no impact on your claim. Again, should you wish to discuss any of your concerns please contact our office. And should you be able to provide any evidence that the damage to the hire vehicle (which was not present when the vehicle was delivered and was present when the vehicle was collected) was not caused by you, then please furnish ourselves with the same and we shall look to absolve you of the debt.

Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your review, although we are somewhat surprised to have received the same.

Our role in this matter was to establish liability and recover the cost of the repairs to the accident related damage to your vehicle, which we have duly done.

We note that your complaint revolves entirely about the calibre of repairs to your vehicle which in itself is somewhat confusing given that you willingly signed a Satisfaction Note confirming that you were happy with the repairs to your vehicle.

You then subsequently alleged that the repairs were substandard and made numerous unfounded and incorrect allegations in relation to the repairing garage.

You claimed that there was overspray due to their “being too lazy to take the bumper off”.

You were then furnished with CCTV footage of them removing the bumper, taking it to the Spraying Booth, painting the bumper, then re-affixing it to your vehicle.

You have now withdrawn this tranche of your complaint.

Similarly, you have alleged that they have damaged the bonnet by way of “painting it poorly”.

The repairing garage have confirmed and evidenced, that at no point have they, painted, polished or treated the bonnet, as they were instructed solely to repair the accident related damage – that being the bumper not the bonnet.

I have personally spoken to you for over 40 minutes to try to resolve your concerns, but it appears from that conversation and this review (and the reviews you have left the garage) that you are intent on an argument and not a satisfactory resolution.

As such, we shall leave you to proceed through your insurers, as you have now advised us that you are doing, and will eagerly await their confirmation that there has been no wrongdoing with the repairs undertaken to your vehicle.
