Can’t thank Dhyllan and his team for their help and fantastic service. Having been recently widowed, I had a stage two tuned Audi RS3 in the garage. My husband’s pride and joy. No dealer wanted the car or would give me a fair price.
Found Automotive Addiction on line and they’ve been great. Offered me fair price and collected and paid for the car exactly as they said they would. No tyre kicking or trying to renegotiate the price. An honest car dealer - a rare find these days!

I have been following Automotive Addiction for many years on social media so I know their work, what they do and the detail they go to when cleaning and preparing their cars, although that is only a small part of what you see and experience.

I was in the market for a particular car and had been looking for a while for the right one to come up.

I saw a story on Automotive Addiction's Instagram page of a car going through the washing process and immediately messaged them but unfortunately it was already sold!

I filled out the stock form on their website and Dhyllan messaged me soon after asking some information regarding specification / budget etc.

A week or two later, another car popped up on their story, and I messaged Dhyllan immediately asking to view it! He was away working but got back to me in less than 10 minutes still.

I had arranged a viewing the next day (bearing in mind they only got it 24 hours prior from a previous customer) and dealt with Louis who was absolutely excellent from start to finish.

I viewed the car, all questions were answered clearly and was put under no pressure at all. I had a great chat with Louis and he was extremely relaxed and I went away to have a little think about the car and the options etc I would like (PPF / Coating) as I am really picky! The specification I wanted was virtually impossible to get, but this car in particular was stunning.

I agreed to buy the car, and we arranged for some extras to be put on. I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process and they have done everything they said they would and more.

I collected the car on a Saturday and it was perfect.

I can't thank the entire team who have worked to make this car perfect enough. Dhyllan, Louis and the entire team take great pride in looking after their customers and going above and beyond what you expect.

I would not hesitate to deal with Automotive Addiction again for anything car related, and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them!

At Automotive Addiction the whole process from start to finish is second to none. After missing out on the first RS3 I looked at due to insurance cost, the service and knowledge I received from Lewis I just knew I would be back.

Five months later I reached out to see what they had in stock and a white RS3 caught my eye straight away. A quick phone call with Dhyllan to talk about the car, the next step was seeing it and then purchasing it. The whole process was smooth and the whole team kept me up to date with the car. Overall, my experience at automotive addiction was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a top level, reliable and customer-oriented car buying experience. You’ll be buying a used car in better condition than it comes out the factory! The lads will send you constant updates of the process the car goes through before you collect. Also if your into modifying cars you can ask the lads to do any bits you want doing before collection also which was a massive bonus for me!

I recently purchased a booted Audi RS3 from
Automotive Addiction.

The attention to detail of the preparation of the
car was extraordinarily good.
The car is not a standard colour which I particularly
like,to the extent that I have ordered a larger vehicle
which should arrive in about 6 months time in
that colour.

My car is covered with a PPF film-this is a process
which is not an easy apply-see horror stories on
U-Tube.
Mine is perfect.

So, just over 8 years ago I made contact with Dhyllan over the phone, it was after spending a few weeks viewing his website for a very particular car – To cut a long story short, I collected my Mk1 Focus RS from Automotive Addiction just a few weeks later following that initial call...



The experience that I had from when I first made contact with Dhyllan, the regular updates on the preparation process, to when he collected me from Telford Central train station in his awesome RS6 to when we rolled up and I first laid eyes on my pristine RS was 1st class.

I have stayed in contact with Dhyllan, having annual “check ins” where we share what has happened over the last 12 months, I send him photos of my Focus RS so he can see that I am taking good care of it. In that time I have seen Dhyllan and his team grow their business to what it is today – It has been exceptional and it is clear that as the business has grown so has their passion for what they do.

The team at Automotive Addiction are exceptional. Dhyllan has an impeccable taste for styling, an eye for detail, and a very relaxed, approachable style which made my car buying experience a delight. The team were very accommodating in working to a restricted schedule to prepare the car for delivery in a way which suited my work commitments. I was kept informed of the preparation process with many pictures and videos of my car shared as works progressed, which made it feel like a truly personalised, exclusive service. After an unexpected family event we were left with a car that we needed to sell. Just an amazing experience from start to finish. From the initial first point of contact with Dhyllan to picking the car up has been a first class experience. The knowledge and quality of his vehicles to the highest car preparation I’ve ever come across is something else. These cars leave his premises looking better than they do new. The attention to detail is something else. There’s not one inch of his cars that doesn’t get touched. Dhyllan made the experience like no other and made the transition so easy nothing was too much for him. He kept you up dated throughout with update pictures and videos of the preparation and the effort he goes to on collection day is brilliant. Well where to start, I recently purchased a golf r from automotive addiction and all I can say is WOW. The process was so easy from start to finish! Both Dhyllan and Louis we’re both so helpful during the process of purchasing the vehicle and right up to the collection. Nothing was too much hassle for them and I was constantly kept updated on the progress of the vehicle threw every stage of the process. I opted for a ghost and ceramic coating and that was no problem to them. What an amazing company to purchase a performance car from! From there customer service right down to there incredible attention to detail! There passion for performance cars and there customer service is absolutely second to non. I would highly recommend these guys if your in the market for a luxury and performance car and I myself will 100% be a returning customer!
