Definitely the best service I have ever received when purchasing a car. Dhyllan and his team were outstanding since first contact. The knowledge and understanding these guys have is unrivalled, the car was immaculately presented, the service was above and beyond what I could have expected. Anyone who is in the market for a new car, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!

I purchased my first Audi RS3 from Automotive Addiction 5 weeks ago. I can't express enough, how happy I am with the purchase. The car came with full PPF, fitted from new by this wonderful team of perfectionists giving it a full black satin look. The moment I got off my first phone call with Dhyllan I knew I had to join his long list of happy customers. His knowledge and passion is second to none and blew me away. As soon as I committed to purchasing the car, I was sent pictures and videos of the work the Automotive team were doing prepping the car. It made such a difference knowing I was buying from a dealer which generally cared about their customer. Trust is key for me and is hard to come by these days. The collection day was special - nothing was rushed and Dhyllan even took the time to show me and my young son round his units which had a collection of very special cars. As for the car itself - it was perfect, better than what I imagined; it looked brand new, as if it had been delivered straight from the factory. Thank you to Dhyllan, Louis and all the Automotive Team everyone of you do a great job and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Let me tell you a quick story, In this picture you are seeing a 24 year old picking up his dream car, all thanks to the Automotive Addiction team. They made my dreams come true at a young age, they made it possible for me to have a 560 BHP car and for those car enthusiasts out there you know what that would have meant to me. If going above and beyond for me on this and all the servicing, MOT and any mods I wanted to add wasn’t enough, when I came to them with a financial crisis and needed to downgrade my car due to other commitments after 18 months of owning this beast, Louis and Dhyllan advised me on the best course of action and then sorted me out with a car from them that was a downgrade like I requested but also one I could take pride in. I then kept that car for a while before moving on again and me being bad with money and having a spending habit, where most people would have taken advantage of that, Dhyllan (who also had a business to run) took a lot of time out of his days helping me with financial issues and giving me advice and guidance that I will remember forever.
I have had a lot of cars in the past and I can honestly say that not in a million years would I have thought I would get that kind of service. They have gone above and beyond time and time again for me without hesitation and not wanted anything in return, I am eternally grateful for that.
I look forward to being a part of their customer base for many years to come. If you are a car enthusiast and want a company that isn’t just out there to get money from you and you want to be able to trust everything they say then Automotive Addiction is the place to go, they will look after you and make you dreams come true if it’s within their means🤩 I have had highs and lows over the past few years and they have helped me through it all. If you want to buy a car from the best then these are the guys are top of the tree.

I have purchased 3 cars over a long period of time and they have always been 10/10 with service. From initial communication to after care they have been brilliant.

My most recent purchase was a cheaper car than my first 2 and the level of detail and care was exactly the same as the other 2.

Picture of the whole detailing process and extra work carried out is a great touch. The whole team are friendly and spend time talking to you about anything you want to know. Wouldn't buy a used car from anyone else.

From the minute I picked up the phone with Louis I knew I was in good hands, he provided alot of information and knowledge aiding me to pick the right vehicle for myself. This was made much easier by the quality of the cars they have. Prepared the car perfectly and was a pleasure to deal with on the day, will absolutely be returning when I'm in need of a change in vehicle!

Dhyllan and the team at Automotive Addiction aren't car salesmen trying to sell you anything they can, they are true enthusiasts with a passion for supplying people the best prepared cars in the country, there cars sell themselves, I bought a MK2 focus rs from them and hands down the best buying experience I will ever have and could not recommend them enough, there attention to detail and after sales care is second to none!! Definitely highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them again in the future!

Fantastic buying experience. These guys really do go the extra mile in prepping the car and also all of the after sales side as well. Thoroughly recommend and on the back of my recommendation a friend has just bought a Golf Clubsport S (as i did) and had the same experience.

Would highly recommend these guys, spotted the car I wanted on there Web page and from first point of contact they have been amazing. Did exactly what they said they would do and beyond. Well worth travelling down from Scotland to pick up my Rs3 8v. Car looked amazing and pretty much like brand new on collection. Louis was my main source of contact and he was very polite and informative, but have to say the whole team are brilliant and more importantly care about what they do and the finished product. Would definitely recommend and buy again from them.

Have purchased both my RS3’s from Automotive addiction since meeting the team back in 2017, I knew as soon as I spoke to Dhyllan that I wouldn’t need to look any further for any of my future cars. The attention to detail as I am sure every review says is exactly correct, the level these guys work at is just unmatched. I had my stage 1 and also my stage 3 RS3’s ceramic coated prior to collection to maintain the flawless paintwork you pick the car up with and can also spec the mods to suit your liking prior to pickup. I was kept informed via every step of correction and the whole journey of buying the car was extremely fun and enjoyable. The team has moved from strength to strength over the years and the stock availability is incredible considering how many exclusive colours are in the mix. If you are looking for a high end car, give these guys a shout you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve bought many cars in my life but go to automotive Addiction and you get treatment that is unbelievable. The handover is just out of this world. The finished to the Cars is better than brand-new. The last two cars that were handed over to me which were a Q8 RS and Yaris GR were handled by Louis, who was very professional in the way he conducted the handover he knew everything about the cars and explained it in plain English very thorough. Excellent hand over. There would be a lot of garages that would do well to listen to these people. I think they are the best I’ve ever purchased a car from and there’s more to come 👍

Dhyllan, Louis and the team are super dedicated to their craft; know the cars they offer inside and out and give a genuine honest view on anything cars-based because they have invested hugely in building knowledge, which is rare in this industry! Buying from and selling to Dhyllan was a great experience overall.

What a great company!
I went to view a car last week totally unplanned and a spur of the moment thing. I sent a message and was told to pop down which i did, and i am so glad i did too. I was totally blown away by the set up of this business. The cars are presented in impeccable condition and the guy I was dealing with (Louis) was knowledgable, patient, non pushy and a genuinely nice guy. We chatted and he answered any questions I had and offered me lots of advice. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble for them.
Unfortunately after a few days of thinking with my sensible head on I decided that buying the car wasn’t quite the right thing for me to do at this moment in time. However when I am ready to buy my next car I will definitely pop down to see their stock!

Attention to detail and communication is a step above anywhere else iv dealt with when buying a car. There are cheaper cars out there, but you will not find any at this level. I will happily pay the AA price for true piece of mind and experience. Dhyllan is more like a friend than a car salesman and his knowledge is spot on. You wont go wrong with this place and you can trust whatever you buy it will be better than brand new when you collect it 👌
