Automotive Addiction レビュー

I've had the pleasure of purchasing 3 cars from Dhyllan and his fantastic team at Automotive Addiction over the years, and every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Dhyllan's expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction.

The process of buying a car can be difficult, but Dhyllan and his team have consistently made it smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. They truly go above and beyond to understand your needs and find the perfect match for you.

What sets Automotive Addiction apart is not just the impressive inventory of quality cars, but the personalised attention and genuine care for their customers.

If you're in the market for a car and want a dealership that values honesty, integrity, and a customer-first approach, I wholeheartedly recommend Automotive Addiction. Three cars in, and I'm still as impressed as day one! Thank you, Dhyllan, and the entire team, for making car-buying a pleasure. Cannot wait for the next !!

Automotive addiction Litterally makes dreams come true! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Where do i start, they are an amazing company to deal with, I have been dealing with automotive addiction for about 8 years, purchased many cars from these guys and every experience has allways been perfection and outshone the previous experience!
I have also sold vehicle back to them with no issues,
Had detailing done by then, PPF installed, ceramic coatings applied, and even done track days with the main man dhyllan
Also no better feeling beating his best time around the Nurburgring even if it is by a tenth of a second in a car he sourced 😉

Just last month he helped me purchase my dream super car, he sourced, financed and gave me a abundance of knowledge and information on the platform to ensure I got exactly what I was after, nothing I asked of him was to much trouble, I probably wouldn’t of got the car without his advice and assistance!
I would 110% deal with them again 🙌🏼💙

Automotive Addiction are the best in the business and I will tell you why!

They provide an incredibly unique and personable car buying experience that sets the bar so dam high that it will never be matched anywhere else.

They are incredibly knowledgeable on all the cars they sell, they know the ins and outs of everything, from the history of the vehicle to the factory optional extras and all the way through to the after market modifications.

They only sell the best car examples in the country, not only that but they will ensure that the car is too perfection in every way possible, even going to the extremes of performing a clean on every exposed nut and bolt.

They will look after you from the moment you make your first call to arrange a viewing, but what is unique to Automotive Addiction is that even after 1 year on from my purchase, they still support me with my vehicle and they have spent 10s of hours on the phone to me, talking me through both support when things go wrong and future upgrades.

I can ensure you, that the experience from Automotive Addiction is so dam good, that you will flat out refuse to purchase a car from anywhere else ever again, I personally would rather wait till they have a certain car arrive in their stock list, than go to the main dealer, this includes brand spanking new vehicles!

Absolutely amazing team! I purchased a very high spec Audi Rs3 around 2 years ago. From start to finish the service I received was incredible. The whole team have so much knowledge on these cars and other cars aswell.

Louis and Dhyllan made me and my wife very comfortable with the whole transaction from selling our golf r in part ex with the Rs3. We had all our specific needs for the car met which exceeded expectations by far.

The attention to detail on the rs3 was crazy. We was both shocked at the condition literally looked like it just came from factory. All I can say is you can’t go wrong with purchasing any car from these guys at AUTOMOTIVE ADDICTION.

Just a big thank you to all the team at AUTOMOTIVE ADDICTION

I recently sold my car back to automotive addiction after buying my rs3 off of them 4 years ago. I received the same fantastic customer service I did 4 years ago but this time from Louis. He was extremely professional and friendly throughout and made the whole process very easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a performance car again in the future.

The guys at Automotive Addiction are very particular when it comes to the preparation and spec of their stock. The experience received and the vehicles on offer are both of an incredibly high standard.

What an experience! Exactly how buying a high end car should be!

Extremely professional but no overly formal, I personally dealt with Louis throughout the process and he was available at any time of day within reason to make the deal go as smoothly as possible.

I bought a C63s from him in October 2023 with the absolute perfect spec. The optional extras such as the ghost immobiliser were also a no Brainer for peace of mind, all fitted before I picked up the car.

10/10 service!

Thanks again!

2nd car i have bought from these guys and wont have any problems returning no hassle and always a top notch car

Never known a dealer like it. The prep and attention to detail is insane. I’ve dealt with probably 200 dealerships in my car buying experience, Dhyllan and his team at Automotive Addiction are by far the most committed, straight talking and fair people I’ve dealt with. The didn’t try and up sell pointless crap to me, they answered my countless questions and phone calls with zero hesitation and provided one of the cleanest cars I’ve ever owned. I will be dealing with them again when it comes to buy my next car.

Thank you very much!

After purchasing my old car back from Dhyllan I have never had such a good car buying experience! From the updates through to the collection you cannot fault the process.

After selling our car for us we brought our new X3M to Automotive addiction for PPF and ceramic coating as we knew the service we would receive.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RS3 Purchase
I took ownership of my 2017 Nardo grey RS3 saloon and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such professionalism when buying a car. It helps, if like Dhyllan and his team you are car enthusiasts with focus on complete customer satisfaction right down to the last detail. From the first time I met Dhyllan and his team there was complete transparency about everything Automotive Addiction are about. I was shown all around their workshop premises and detailing studios and it was obvious Dhyllan was proud of what they do. I could see first hand some of the modifications on offer and had everything clearly documented to me. As the car went through the detailed preparation process I was kept up to date with photos and videos. On collection I had all the cars features and modifications demonstrated to me and the car was presented to me in showroom condition. I was then sent a photo shoot of my car from the day of collection. All this added up to the best car buying experience I've ever had from start to finish. Massive thanks to Dhyllan and his team at Automotive Addiction

Huge thank you to Louis and Dhyllan at automotive addiction for a fast and hassle free sale with a new rs3 I purchased from them, the car was something special, the effort the whole team out into it was second to none, the ppf and detailing work carried out was at a unbeatable price and speaks for itself, dhyllan even told Louis to follow me to shell and to fill the car up for my journey back! Proper company proper people :)

Working with Dhyllan at the team at Automotive Addiction I have seen the knowledge and passion they have for providing truly outstanding cars with a level of customer service that is tailored to meet the highest of enthusiast expectations.

Very trustworthy and friendly company to deal with

If I could only ever buy a car from one company ever again it would be automotive addiction.

Curious, just give them a call and a short chat with Dhyllan will re iterate their experience knowledge and helpfulness. Also their stock is some of the coolest rarest and well presented in the country.

I’ve brought a
C63
Gt4
X3M
From the guys and if I had more money I’d buy more.

Purchased a RS3 Saloon from Dhyllan and the team, it wasn't quite what I wanted but the team were more than happy to modify and add extras I really wanted to make it into my Dream RS3, nothing was too much trouble. The paint work was way better than many brand new cars, this was my best car buying experience I've had. I am still always looking on the website if another one of my dream car pops up!! Keep doing what your doing Automotive Addiction!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my dream car (A45 AMG) from Automotive Addiction back in September 2021. I had followed their socials for a while before and when I saw it, I knew it was the car for me. The communication was prompt, the was seamless, the car was prepared immaculately and Dhyllan and his team went that touch beyond and stayed late one evening for the collection.

I follow them on socials and love their cars. Find it hard to part with the a45 but I am sure there will be a day when I purchase another car from them

It’s hard to imagine buying a car from anywhere else. Having purchased 2 RS3s from Automotive Addiction it really is an experience like no other dealership. What makes it special, is that these guys are detailers who sell cars and not the other way around.

Each vehicle, regardless of value, is prepared to the highest standard both mechanically and cosmetically. On top of that the team will gladly help you with any modifications to really make the car yours. It seems like nothing is too much trouble and with plenty of experience they can guide you through the process.

If your car is your pride and joy then do yourself a favour and give Dhyllan & the team a call.

I have now purchased 2 cars from AA. They go to the nth degree to make sure everything is perfect for you to drive away a car that looks like and feels like it’s brand new, but underneath you know it’s better than that because of all the care and attention they do in the preparation of the car. Watch their videos on how they prepare their cars….you don’t get that anywhere else. Will be buying my next car through AA.

What can I say?

Dhyllan and the team are exceptional, by far the most professional and passionate people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in regards to selling and buying cars.

I have sold 3 cars to Dhyllan and every time the payment was made on time with no issues and he carefully talks you through the process.

Next vehicle purchase will be made at Automotive addiction!

Thank you team
