Trash trash trash company! They shouldn’t even be in business. I was lie to, ignored and treated like absolute shit even after sending them $3000 to get my car home.

AUTOMOVES DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. I AM STILL WAITING ON PAYMENT FROM FEB/24. WE HAULED TWO CARS FROM VERNON & KELOWNA TO NISKU. BOTH VEHICLES PICKED UP AND DELIVERED ON TIME AND WITHOUT INCIDENT. WHEN YOU GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, THEY SAY THEY WILL PAY IT RIGHT NOW AND DO NOT. WHEN YOU GET THEM ON THE PHONE THEY ARE RUDE, SWEAR, AND HANG UP ON YOU. DO NOT HAUL FOR THEM UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WORK FOR FREE. THE NISKU BRANCH IS TERRIBLE AND THEIR HEAD OFFICE LIES AND THREATENS YOU!!!

This is absolutely fraud company. Do not book with this company. I paid upfront $1000 and signed the form because someone under name of kim send message and request for 1000 to reserve spot. He told me call us 2 days before you need your car. Then they email me a form. They said they would call me to arrange pickup after I inform them. I called multiple time and they postpone it to another day. I was told they would pick up the vehicle next day . Four times it happened. Even they ask me to drop off car in a provided address. I drove my care and noticed this absolutely fraud and wrong place to drop off my car. They lied easily. They put our family in lots of stress. They never picked up my vehicle. I ended up finding another way. They have not returned my money. I believe this company never existed. They are completely fraud and they are very dangerous people. do not deal with this company, it is a total scam and they should be ashamed of how they rip people off. Below is their email. They are danger people and I am sure soon will be
arrested by police.

In January 2023, we undertook a shipment on their behalf. However, as of now, we have not yet received the payment for our services. Our attempts to communicate with them have been unsuccessful, as they have blocked our contact number and are not responding to our emails. Despite reaching out to both the shipper and the receiver, it has come to our attention that they made the payment directly to Automes Ltd. In response to this situation, we have taken legal action by filing a case in the small claims court. If you choose them, then for sure you will waste your time & money.

Worst company to work with. If you are a trucking company and hauling their load then please be careful as they will not pay you. They will stop replying your emails and calls if you asked for payment.
We did a load with them in Dec and we are still waiting for the payment. We have called them and emails them but no response from there side. So if you are going to work with you just be extra careful about your money.

Poor communication. My car was damaged during the transfer and I didn’t get compensated. Tried getting in touch with them but no one responded.

I appreciated the patience and understanding when my move did not go as planned.

We have used Automoves on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Dylan was very professional - making every effort to accommodate our dates and meet the expected arrival date. Overall, Automoves provided excellent communication and customer support from start to finish.

The Whole experience with Edmonton office was first class. Everything went smoothly as planned. They hooked me up with an enclosed Car Transport from St. Paul to Oakville, Ontario. Truck was On Time with No Damage for a very reasonable price.

Great, fast service. Sure communication and follow ups can be better but I'm thrilled by their promptness. Car arrived safe and sound. I won't lie, I was a bit sceptical when vehicle was collected, the towing guy came and picked up my car but no paperwork was left nor was there an inspection check. I was worried the heck. I also had an issue with a scratch that happened when they were loading vehicle onto the flatbed, to which I sent an email and up to this day, no response on that. Other than these issues, they know what they are doing and I'd use them again. Kudos to Lynette. She was helpful. Shipping dept needs to answer phones.

I shipped a 1971 GMC truck Edmonton to Halifax. When the truck arrived after a week of delays. I arrived as my truck was off loaded. The truck was off loaded I noticed a skidoo in the back of my truck. I never did authorize this. They made extra money at my expense. I have demanded an explanation and haven’t received one.
No way shape or form would I suggest using this company for shipping any of your personal items or vehicles !

Total lack and disrespect for people’s belongings.

The service I receive from automoves was awesome, they really took care of my stuff, everything was there when I went to get my stuff all in perfect condition, the guys are really nice, You can ship your stuff from place to place an expected to be there once again in perfect condition nothing missing 10 out of 10 5 stars highly recommend.

Very affordable pricing and faster than average delivery time is what convinced us to go with Automoves. We are happy with the transaction and service provided.

Edmonton office was very helpful with arranging my vehicle shipment on short notice. I could also pack personal belongings and summer tires in the back seat and the trunk. Very useful service.
