Contract is paid in full they are still…
Contract is paid in full they are still trying to bill for my truck. I have title in hand and they keep billing my checking account. We had to pay to stop withdrawals. Then the call wanting "information is sent, address, last name, phone..all things needed to "close " the account. Sure sounds like open to me. Customer service was no willing to use the record of the truck he has on his screen to "verfy", must have vital information from me.
As an addendum, you have email and phoncontact information as you have call me after the stop payment was placed through the bank. This shows your lie.

Steven M. was a tremendous help. Walked me through the process of cancelling my current loan and getting a new one. I originally didn’t realize I could use their services for a bunch of stuff at any time. Love their services and how I can reduce my loan time.

The Biggest scam
The
Worst scam ever .The person never called the appointment did not happen. Once again this is a scam. Do not take any money out of my account. Effective immediately, the car is paid off.

Easy and pleasant to deal with
Easy and pleasant to deal with. Left off 1 star because they took a payment from my account right after loan was paid off. Not sure if it was them, me or my car loan bank that didn't update AutoPayPlus. Assumed bank my loan was with would of notified them. They were easy to schedule a call with and they were in constant contact to be sure I was available for scheduled call. Payment is getting returned and account was closed.

We understand your concerns regarding the payment that occurred after your loan was paid off. AutoPayPlus does not automatically receive notifications from lenders when loans are paid off, which can sometimes result in continued payments unless we are notified directly.

No contact besides an email that told…
No contact besides an email that told me they were closing my account. This was shortly after updating my banking information. Now due to the late notice I'm going to be playing catch-up on my loan because I'm basically a payment behind. Safe yourself the trouble and just work with your lender directly for payments so you don't have to deal with them dropping the ball.

I was not offered a realistic solution…
I was not offered a realistic solution for my issue. I felt like I was being gaslighted. They pulled my payment 2 weeks early and overdrafted my account. I was told they do that to make sure they receive the payment on time. That's bullpuckey. They said it would take 2 weeks to verify the transaction and refund my money. They didn't offer to cover the overdraft fee. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I had a scheduled call they were late calling and then when I did get call I told her what I was trying to do she put me on hold and came back and said someone will be giving me a call like why the hell call if your not going to be able to help waste of time needless to say I never got a call back

This company is ridiculous
This company is ridiculous. I have auto deductions and they all of a sudden stop and pit my account on hold but they say they “can’t call me” so weeks go by and then I have to schedule a conversation with them. This has happened 3 times in a year. I am switching to a different lender
