OUT RIGHT THIEVES!!!! I order parts for shocks website stated in stock. Once I placed order I only received 2 of the 6 parts. I called there customer services what is a joke. They told me parts would be shipped middle part or May, I order parts in April. They told me my order was canceled, sent and email which stated they would be in contact with information on cancelation. I contacted them 4 times by email trying to get a response. After I told them I was reporting the company for theft. I received email that parts shipped. Just another lie from this sorry ass company!!! I will be filing charges on this company for theft! I would give this company zero stars if it was allowed. They list items in stock on their website but donât have it. Theyâre just the middle man processing the order but falsely advertise their inventory and shipping date. Donât bother to do business with Autoplicity and find another seller.

I would not recommend this company at all. They are dishonest and they lie. On Amazon they do not tell consumers that there is a restocking fee. I bought tail lights for my husband for his birthday and they were the wrong ones, so I sent them back. They charged me $60 to ârestockâ them. When I gave them a bad review the first time they asked me to please take my review down and they would refund my $60. I took down my review in January and as of today still no refund. I have a string of emails from them telling me they will give me a refund. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off.

Ok so I ordered a pair of new black aftetmarket tail lights for my 2008 Chevy Malibu classic LT (which were priced great but hard as heck to find), and I found they have great deals, big inventory and all.....my only complaint is how long it took just to ship them....which took 4 business days( not including the weekend) and when I called a couple of times, the customer service representatives, both....we're sarcastic, short and very rude to me, the second rep hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question...I wasn't rude, my tone wasn't mean, I was respectful and courteous.....so my customer service experience wasn't good, which is why I only have 4 stars.....other than that....I would still recommend buying from them and may do so again.....just be wary of some of there reps....EDIT: so I have read some other reviews and it seems to be the communication and customer service representatives....those are the probs everyone is having....if they fix that problem....I think things would go a lot more smoothly...also, one reason they have been taking forever to ship, my personal opinion, is they are in canada, the item must go through the border, and not to mention the weather conditions and the way the country is atm....those may part of the problem....

well. I ordered some steps to board my boat or I thought I did. They have a great picture of a girl boarding a boat on these steps so cool I ordered . I get a hand rail instead. Ok i didnt pay attention its not the right stuff cause it says handrail and its very deceiving. SO they claim easy return. this is easy? I get to return the rail i cant do SH__ with! but I haveto pay to return and then they want to charge me a restocking fee. WT_ is that ? some guy hasto go and put it back on the shelf? so now I haveto wait until I send it, they receive it , inspect and restock and I will get a partial return. So on the 113 dollars I worked my butt to have so far im down to 90.40. Thank you so much autoplicity for being NOT customer friendly and stealing money from the consumer!!! Ordered an item, a few minutes later realized it was incorrect. Called and they said they would stop it. I called the next day to be sure, but they said they couldn't stop it. UPS contact turned it around. They kept $320 of my money. When I called about the charges, they put me on hold and left me there. Very dishonest company

This company is a total waste. Their promise quick of shipping is a total falsehood. After being hung up on three times by this company and nearly 4 hours of hold time. I was told my order was canceled. I even called back to confirm I was told I could not get a confirmation number from customer service. The email that said we are sorry it could not be cancelled because of where it was in the process. I knew that was misleading as I had been told earlier it was due to ship on 1/18 today is 1/11. I contacted PayPal and I am almost certain that spurred the shipping if in fact it has shipped. Their excuses are empty and unhelpful. They want me to refuse shipment and then they will process a refund. This company puts all the work on the customer to fix company problems. Do not trust anything they tell you. They have over $500.00 of my money and a bumper I ordered. Yes the price was good that was the hook. Pay a little more and deal with professionals. As Monty Python would say âRun away...run away!â

First of all, I ordered an exhaust for my E46 M3 (one by Megan Racing), was under the impression that it would ship within a reasonable time frame, but come to find out that its not shipping until nearly 4 months after the order date. What???? Would have been nice to know this while I was placing the order.
Secondly, this website looks very VERY similar to [LINK REMOVED] (another car parts site). Also, both sites seem to use the exact same obviously fake user reviews under the product (both have the exhaust I was looking for, both same price, same reviews, same picture, same layout everything.)
In conclusion, I would NOT order from here, overall very sketchy user experience. Fake reviews that have no relation to the product they are "for" and long ship times even though they advertise fast shipping (all they do is print a label)..

Easy ordering, expected to receive my parts.....instead received an email days later saying that my order was cancelled. I called to inquire and was told that it was because I use a po box. Would have been great to know up front, rather than after I was anticipating my order. Who does this and stays in business??
Poorly Managed Company
I ordered a steering kit for my boat from them because their site indicated 2 day delivery, which I needed to finish my project on the weekend. The order was placed on a Tuesday, so I was expecting it on Thursday. The day I placed the order no tracking info was supplied. I called the next day asking about tracking info. The person, who was very polite, said the shipper will get the tracking info to me by the end of business day. Next day, still no info, called again, got same story. Called on Thursday, same story, called on Friday, was told the item has not been shipped. At that point I cancelled the order, they said it will take 24 hours to cancel, in the mean time they charged my credit card. Waiting for credit. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to buy one from a dealer. Would not buy anything from them again.

Incorrect Inventory, Inacurracte Product Photos, Let Down Service
My husband and I ordered a tent through their website where their live in stock inventory stated they had multiple in stock. We received shipping information but never received the item. We called Autiplicity and found out it had never actually shipped. The representative said they would send one out the same day. We waited a couple days and never received any shipping information. We then had to contact Autoplicity again to find out the part is now out of stock even though the live in-stock inventory shows 9 available on the website. We are now getting a refund and our honeymoon trip that we ordered this for is 5 days away. Our camping honeymoon trip was reliant on this tent and now we can't be sure to get another in time. The customer service was horrible, we spoke to management and representatives who could do nothing to actually help us resolve this problem. No one from Autoplicity ever reached out to let us know there was a problem with our order or that it was out of stock, all communication was started on our end. We are now days away and trying to find a way to order something in time and we will absolutely not use Autoplicity again.
I would recommend they get accurate stock photos for their parts and keep a true live inventory if they're going to offer that feature on their website. This was a huge let down.
