Not even sure how they got an account at Amazon, but I purchased a new Graf brand waterpump for my Mercedes. When it arrived I found that I was sent a used part, most likely someone else's return. The mating surfaces were all scored and damaged etc. I was granted a return but had to pay $35 shipping...and sadly I imagine it will end up going to the next poor sucker. I only wish I'd researched them before making the purchase.

Company sent wrong coil packs for my Porsche and have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a response. Horrible customer service service and I will never use them again. Just waiting for the crazy return fees and other charges as I read many reviews and seems to be the same BS.

Did not receive the item I purchased. Can not get in touch with anyone. This company is a ripoff! STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPLICITY!

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size airless lawn mower tires, totaling $454. Although the tires were returned immediately and completely unused, the company charged a $168 restocking fee, which I find excessive and unreasonable.
Since returning the items, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the status of my refund, but I have received no response. This lack of communication reflects very poor customer service.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company. Be sure to read the fine print carefully before purchasing, as their return policies may not be customer-friendly.

Tried to cancel an order before it was shipped. They said it was already shipped, and it was to late. Tracking number still showing not picked up yet. So I filed a return request before I received the item. Took two weeks to get return authorization from them. Returned the item the next day. Item box was NEVER opened. This rip off company charged me $128.00 restocking fee for something they normally stock. There return policy stats, restocking fee may be charged if the item has been used or installed, which it was not. This company is a scam!

If you are a betting person, sometimes you win sometimes you lose you will definitely lose. They sent the wrong part before you order note there is no telephone number to call with the issue on a $400 item with $100 restock fee there’s nobody to complain to no telephone number. You’re just praying for an email. It may be just maybe a couple of months from now, you might get a refund. I’ve never received one so I wouldn’t know I’m still hoping for the best but it’s definitely a nightmare.

They charged me for 2 orders when I only placed 1. When I returned the extra unopened order, I was only credited 1/2 price after fees. Also, I tried to call for several days with no luck due to a recording stating that it was closed. That's what I get for trying to save $20.

Ordered a set of headlights for a crossfire and they sent a set for a ford f150. Returned them after two weeks of trying to contact them at my cost and they received them. Cannot get my money back nor a response as phones are never answered and emails ignored. Pure crap to deal with. Do not do business with them

We ordered 2 casemen window air conditioners from this company, what we received was 2 car rims. We contacted there customer service, and was told they would issue a refund when they received the rims back. We shipped the rims back over a week ago, and haven't herd a word from them! We have been calling there customer service # and no matter what time of day it is, the recording says they're closed.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a trash website stealing people’s personal information. They canceled an order of mine five minutes after I placed it, but they kept the item listed for days at the same price before eventually raising it by $10. They’re scamming people, and I’ve reported them to the FTC.

Horrible experience - would not recommend. Although the item shipped quickly, we realized that we did not need the part, so we needed to return it. It took us over a week to get in touch with them (after calling and sitting on hold for over 2 hours twice) and after receiving no response from the customer service email. Then, once I got the RMA and label and made the return, they kept $120 instead of refunding the full amount minus shipping. DO NOT USE! The Customer is their very last priority. They truly suck.

I ordered a set of 20" ally wheels. They were delivered timely however one of the wheels does not match the other 3. I called and was on hold for 2.5 hrs with no one ever to answer. I have emailed with no response.
Warning!!

Extremely poor customer service and integrity. They mailed the wrong item, refused to allow a return until they supposedly investigated the matter. And once recieved back, refused to send the correct item. Saying returns only authorize refund. THEY sent the wrong item! Yet punishing me for not wanting it! JUST F.N. STUPID!!

Returned a $200 part and they charged $100 for return shipping and restocking. Absolute rip-off. Never use this company ( I learned too late)

They took my order then waited days then cancelled it. See they had the price $50 lower to get me in to buy, then they realized they couldn't or didn't want to sell me it so they said it was not in stock. The manufacturer has hundreds of these ready to go for the spring season! This is a bogus Website, you have been warned!

I give them a big ZERO stars if possible. Ordered a fan motor for my Coleman rv air conditioner. It arrived but the shaft that holds the fan on with the screw, that they provided, was not threaded and will not accept the screw so it will not hold the fan on. I contacted customer service and was instructed to go to their website and request a return, I did as instructed and now, two weeks later, no response. Stay away from this supplier!!

Horrible seller. They lie and are frauds. Bought tires and company lied about the customer wanting to return them. Took forever to get refunded. Avoid this company at all costs!

absolutely dont ever ever ever buy from this company! they are horrible to deal with. They will not accept any returns for anthing you buy. Their customer service dept is a joke they have for them. Will keep on putting you off and off to finally tell you they wont accept return! dont buy stay away from this company period!!!!!
