The Customer service with this organisation is appalling. I have emailed multiple times, spent the last 2 days on hold trying to speak to someone and left messages on their 'chat' service but still havent been to speak to anyone regarding a simple change to an existing policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
So many hidden costs and small print - massive charge if go over miles. All based on inexperienced young people. I'm a dad and my daughter , and others, are being exploited - as young people are in so many areas.

Where to start... I wish I’d read the reviews. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased my insurance 2 days ago. Since then I received a message to call them urgently or they’d cancel my insurance in 7 days. I attempted to call them numerous times but was left on hold for hours and hung up on every time when it finally went through! A joke. Then I decided to cancel my insurance and finally got through to someone. She cancelled my insurance and was very understanding however charged me over £70 in fees. This company is just a scam in attempt to take your money.
Wish I could give a minus star on this company, cancelled my policy after saying I did not phone for revalidation. Member of staff on the phone assured me that if I took out another policy with them it will be fine- I did so as I’m a student midwife and this is the cheapest insurance I could find. Phoned them today- to make sure everything was okay and this policy wouldn’t be cancelled- confirmed all my details and now I’m being told the Policy is being cancelled again. I have wasted £330 on this company and will see little to no money in return. I have been on hold for over 45minutes (still on hold as this is typed) to speak to customer service to see what can be done. I am disgusted by the whole ordeal and have been scammed of money I just do not have.
Wow so many bad reviews on this company lucky for me i only got robbed of 55 pounds the company didn't want to insure me because I was a "high risk driver" baring in mind I drive my 10month old son around i drive legal limits, I've had a black box previously with excellent scoring and I have 2 years ncb. They refused to pay my full deposit back they took £55 out of it even tho it was them breaking the contract not me. Looks like i got a lucky excape looking at the reviews
shame I had to even put a star for them, had insurance with them for 2 days, contacted them to cancel, customer service was rubbish, didn't care that i was leaving and charged me £85 to cancel even though i paid a 1 off payment 2 days before, DO NOT USE, MUCH BETTER COMPANY'S TO USE OUT THERE.
Paid off in one payment, and have heard nothing else from them since then, bare in mind that was over 5 months ago... My brother who is also a new driver got a quote without a blackbox cheaper than this lot... they’re robbing young drivers. The scores are inaccurate as my braking score is low even though it is fine. App doesn’t work, dashboard always dodgy, logged on today says everything is 0 and that I have done 0 miles even though i’ve done over 1000. Cannot wait for my insurance to end next february!
absolutely SHOCKING!!! Disgusting customer service, i have been waiting over a month to hear from them! no emails and no calls! i have sent various emails to state i want to cancel and no answer! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS INSURER
Paid my deposit then spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of someone to get a black box fitted. Spent hours on hold on 3 different numbers, all with same cocked up ansaphone message, e-mailed them & got a reply requesting a lot of very strange info that I've never had to give before for car insurance. Can't get onto app, it tells me my password is wrong but when I try the forgotten password link nothing happens. This is a huge scam, even if they only get deposits they make a fortune. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!! Absolutely shocking customer service! I was hung up on twice, and put on hold for nearly an hour. when I rang to cancel my policy I was asked why I was cancelling. I explained the customer service was appalling they didn't even apologise, just keep talking over me with bad attitude.

Absolutely disgusting company they cut me off constantly when I try to call. My son is 18 he has a black box I am totally stressed he has just received an email on saturday to say they are cutting off his insurance on monday due to him breaking to hard. No warning nothing. The phone lines are not open today Sunday. I have just paid £400 for an extra 1500 miles so why would they sell miles if they new his breaking was bad. Its absolute nonsense total con. Please please do not go with this company. He also has the app for his black box and that has not warned him anything about his breaking. I'm so mad right now
If I could give 0 stars I would, this insurance company is one of the terrible companies I ever worked with. I was involved in an accident, other driver fault and they never even gave me an option to buy my car back, sold it without my permission and then they never even gave me a refund for the previous 9months remaining on my insurance, bunch of thieves
Have had insurance with them for a year, in this time I have been over charged for changing address, and staff have ran me around in circles when I have made requests. Utterly useless, quick to take your cash but not willing to help you out afterwards.
Stole me £150 because they haven’t been able to install their box within my car. How to make money on poor people.
I wish I had read the reviews before I was robbed blind by this company, and nothing but hassle with various emails about breaking scores which go down very fast but don’t seem to go up. Customer service is terrible with one person hanging up mid conversation when asked to explain things. Save yourself money and stress by buying elsewhere!
So far it's terrible, I'm glad my insurance ends at the end of the month. Does anybody know if they return you the deposit money for the black box? The black box readings are a joke because all I did the last couple of weeks is go to a store that's like 5 minutes away and my breaking and speeding score dropped a lot (I drive carefully and make sure I'm within the speed limit and I make sure I break gently). Another thing is it measures even when you're not technically driving and just moving your car by the garage. We have a small driveway and my car is always closest to the garage and I neef to ge as close as possible and i need to break quite a lot while moving it(they can see the location of the car hasn't changed so it shouldn't affect the score on the black box in my opinion but it doesn't horribly) and my score from already low 45 (tried to build it up but apparently going down a 30 road doing 25 or less doesn't help and not breaking much either just kinda rolling to a stop is not helping anything) to a 34 which is ridiculous after all I did that day was just move my car closer to the garage. Anyway. Company is a joke. They charge you loads for changing the address and when you have any money to be returned to you they make up some bull* fees to not give you the money back. Don't ever go with this company. If I knew better before and I had a little bit more money I wouldn't have gone with it.
