She solved my problem so easily, and she was really polite and kind.

Cancelled my daughters policy because her car was parked at her place of work instead of the registered address. She called to tell them it was her workplace and a secure compound. If she doesn't get refunded for the remaining months she's already paid for I will encourage her to take legal action!

Alfie Fleming was polite, extremely helpful and very professional. He managed to help me and called/emailed me back as he promised.

I spoke to Ian wells who was polite and helpful and advised me what to do next.
Hopefully my son's black box problem will get resolved now, he has been the most helpful person I have spoken to at Autosaints.

Personable, polite, empathetic and efficient

Currently away with the army, tried to email them (over 5 times) and call them (20+) times to let them know I would be away on course and my car would be parked somewhere else. To get no reply and an automated email saying my insurance would be cancelled in 7 days. Oh wait it gets better, they do all this when my 1 years no claims with them is due 4 days after the cancellation date! AVOID

You try emailing they never reply
You try phoning they never answer.
Every day they email wanting my son son to return his black box. I keep emailing back saying they haven't given me anything to return it. SO FRUSTRATING

Do not ever go for this company! Make you pay out funds which are never needed. Absolutely lack of communication and never answer there calls. Take forever to give refunds also. Don’t even bother I can promise you your life will be miserable for the time your policy is with them.

I beg you to not to buy insurance from them. one of the idiot insurance company I have ever came across . Please stayaway from autosaint and save your time and money.

STAY CLEAR, pay the bit extra like everyone is saying!!! Cheap price lured me in... And then when it came to moving address they said they don't insure new postcode. And then charged me all cancellation fees. I had the insurance for month and it cost me half the amount of the whole year with all their fees.

What a nightmare this company are!
My daughter is insured by these crooks and I am a named driver. She’s currently on holiday abroad and they have emailed her stating they will cancel her insurance if she doesn’t charge her black box. The box that doesn’t need charging as it’s solar powered.
I’ve tried to charge it manually but there’s no light on to say it’s charging. She’s emailed them multiple times to which they don’t reply and I’ve called them seven times now but never been able to get through.
Who are these crooks?
Currently trying to report them to the insurance ombudsman.

Just don’t. That’s all I can say. If you want to save yourself, stress, frustration and exasperation, not to mention hundreds of pounds out of pocket; just don’t.
