If I could a minus score I would. We have spent two hours on hold for two days waiting for someone to answer the phone. My daughter had an accident on October 2019, other than the day it happened we have heard nothing at all. I have sent email after email. They are a joke. I am now reporting them to the relevant authorities. Please do not use them

The worst company in existence. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They reduce your driving score for no reason, you have to wait 40+ mins to speak to someone . This company should not be allowed to operate.

The worst insurance company there is. you will lose hundreds by using them, don't try to save the money use a reputable company. They make there money by cancelling everyone's insurance for bad driving because you only need to be somewhat near a speed limit to get a bad score and then profit hundreds in cancellation fess. I needed some information from a historic claim that had been opened again for review. The legal team needed proof of receipts from over 2 years ago and Alex from customer services could not have been more helpful. Alex managed to find the relevant info and emailed it across to us within an hour, I'm very grateful and impressed with the service.

0 stars. Like an idiot I didn’t read the reviews and was wondering why I was getting my insurance cancelled and nobody was answering. I am raging and wish I could take this into serious hands. We’re going to loose £500 because they won’t answer the phone. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY'RE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! PLEASE DONT USE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! I’m so upset about this I can’t believe it.

had to give the 1 star couldn't give them lower son had insurance never recieved a black box told they were canceling his policy tried for over a week to get hold of anyone which we failed to do no one ever answers absolutely disgusting as my son needs his car as he is in the army

I've given 1star as it appears you cannot give zero! Absolutely useless company, spent nearly 3 hours on the phone trying to change my daughters insurance as she had changed her car mid way through the policy period. eventually got it done , but had to pay £65 admin fee and £170 for a new box.
They haven't sent the box yet and are now threatening to cancel the insurance as it isn't fitted.
I've emailed them, but just get an automated response saying will get back in up to two days or longer due to Covid!
Writing this 52 minutes into on hold with them.
Do yourself a favour and use a different company.

Just like every other review on here, please, for the love of god, do not use AutoSaint insurance. It is near enough impossible to get into contact with them and all I’m trying to do is get a password to check my driving score. Absolutely terrible experience and I cannot wait for my insurance to run out. Awful awful awful awful awful awful

Customer service, what customer service? Probably one of the worst companies, for customer service, that I've had the misfortune to deal with. Failed to reply to at least four emails, NEVER managed to get through on the phone. The only good thing is that we never had to contact them regarding an accident!

This insurance appear cheap but can cost you a fortune we they will cancel the contract.
A lot of clients complain about unreasonable cancellations, keep eyes open an don't take the blackbox with them!
I suggest to any victim of this insurance to inform the FCA and PRA on their conduct.

DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE COWBOYS! OBSESSED WITH MAKING MONEY AND THATS ABOUT ALL OF IT. Daughter renewed in May 20 and has still not received a new password to monitor or even look at her dashboard. She has tried without any joy to contact them during the last 4 weeks. I’ve tried this morning and after sitting on hold for 30 minutes finally managed to speak to someone only to find he cut me off 2 minutes into the call...😡😡😡 now sat on hold AGAIN waiting aimlessly to speak to someone who probably hasn’t got a clue what I’m talking about!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all cost they should be close down I’ve tried to phone them for 3 day now as they told be I braking score is to low and tell me I have to get it up or they will cancel my policy and then it not let me see my dashboard tell me that the website is steal my data and tried phone now for 3 day been on phone for 1 hour a day and no one picks up email them still nothing back I’m thinking about cancel and take my lost on this one and go with a better Company PLEASE IF YOUR READING DONT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

Cant access my dashboard on portal , Tried calling on hold for over half hour tried emailing still no joy tried on the website tried resetting by sending link to my email said email has been sent but never received it

Terrible company to deal with. Change of car for my daughter 8 weeks before renewal and they charged astronomical £65 admin fee plus further £170 for new black box. Additional premium was only £20 for the new car!! Had to stick with them or she would of lost her1yr NCB. Then they couldn’t offer a black box fitting until 16 days after change of car was recorded but sent threatening email saying if not fitted within 14 days they would cancel her policy. At appointment for black box on first car fitter didn’t even bother turning up. They do everything they can to try and cancel your policy, scores on the black box impossible to
meet, and regular 1hour wait for them to answer phone too. Never ever again will we use them or any of the other insurance companies they are involved with. They take young drivers in then rip them off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is not even worthy of one star there cancel my policy just because a black box is telling them I’m breaking too hard. My speeding score is 92% in the green my acceleration is 85% in the green and the speeding school has gone under 30 so they have decided to cancel what kind of rubbish is that. Also not given us a chance to change the black box to prove that the breaking was in accordance with their policy. Just to let you know your insurance is about five fold more because of a cancellation of these guys don’t give a monkeys. Avoid them at all costs there are plenty of good blackbox companies out there

My daughter's car insurance just got cancelled because of low score for braking. This is an utter joke. tried to explain to them that the car brakes are sensitive as they are on different cars and that all other ratings are good why would they cancel 2 months before - and take the money for the year. New drivers DONT USE THEM they are a bunch of scammers who have no logical concept behind their telematics service.

Ive had a policy out since January and have decided to part ex my car. I have been calling for 2 days now and cant get through to anyone in customer services.
I looked at reviews on here and realised that someone managed to get through to someone after calling the “new policy” option so I gave that a try. The man i spoke to was not at all helpful and just put me back through to the customer service line that I have already wasted approx. 3 hours of my time calling in total!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
