Super contenti! In aeroporto ad Alghero il signore che ci ha consegnato e poi ritirato la macchina è stato di una gentilezza e simpatia unici! Soddisfatissimi anche dell’auto: una Panda Hybrid praticamente nuova e pulitissima alla quale, in 8 giorni vacanza e dopo centinaia di km percorsi, abbiamo dovuto fare solo un pieno prima di consegnarla.
Se dovessimo ancora noleggiare una vettura, ora sappiamo a chi rivolgerci!

Great to hire from an honest car rental agency. The car was in perfect condition, no sneaky or unexpected charges, and our deposit was returned as soon as we dropped the car back. Would definitely use them again.

Dopo due ore di fila, perché inizialmente c'era solo un addetto, ci hanno chiesto una carta di credito per garanzia, da premettere che avevo pagato tutto un mese prima con un assicurazione consigliato da un operatore, gli consegno la Postepay Evolution, non andava bene, prendo un altra carta di credito, ma essendo fine mese non bastava per garantire la macchina, allora gli abbiamo proposto che lasciavo 1000 euro in contanti poi il lunedì che era il primo del mese,gli portavo la carta, non è andata bene, mi hanno estorto un altra assicurazione di 200 euro, pagato sempre con la carta. Poi ci hanno consegnato la macchina, che non era la 500xl diesel,ordinato e pagato un mese prima. Ma una macchina a benzina, noi volevamo la nostra, ma ci hanno detto che non lo avevano, l addetto ci ha detto che o quella o niente, ma i soldi non ci venivano restituiti. Quindi abbiamo dovuto fare solo quello che l addetto voleva, con i nostri soldi....vi pare giusto.....due assicurazioni, una macchina che non era quella ordinata

The service went all good except on one thing. We need to block money on our Visa card as a deposit and the vendor said that after one week of returning the car all would be ok and the money unblocked. However, I returned the car more than one month ago and I still have the money blocked on my card.

Well it was a shame what happened with the payment (I had a debit card) but it wasn't autovia fault. The car, a Kia Sportage Hybrid was amazing.

Velocità nella consegna e nel lasciare l'auto. Cordialità degli operatori, prezzo onesto.

Recogida y entrega del vehículo sin problema.
Tomé el seguro sin franquicia y el recargo por cruzar fronteras. Estaba todo bien especificado y sin gastos ocultos.
El coche perfecto.
Tenía que cruzar a Croacia desde Ancona en el ferry.
Autovía permite subir el auto al ferry. La mayoría de los rent a car no lo permiten.
Autovía muy recomendable.

Child seats were of the lowest possible standard and quality. One of them had the seat belt clip missing and they still offered it to us!!! They only gave us user manuals for the child seats on request. It took 2 hours to pick up the car. The staff at the drop off location were very rude, not only to us, but also to other customers, telling them off for the car being dirty and not returning the car with a full tank, which was because all the petrol stations around the drop off locations were out of service.

Estou a vários dias aguardando um reembolso de um serviço no qual eu não utilizei. Eu ao menos liguei o veiculo. Sem contar que fui extremamente mal atendido. Como cliente me sinto frustrado com esta empresa.

Happy with the overall experience and no real issues with service. The price was good and the car was fine for this price. We picked a basic model and it got us around from A to B (which is what we wanted). The person at the desk in Alghero Airport was helpful and friendly. He had a good sense of humor which made the experience easy and stress free.
I was wary that on return we would be charged for some preexisting damage (as is becoming common with some card hire companies) but nothing of the sort happened.
A good experience all round and I would recommend Autovia for car hire.

Dell'assistenza velocità nella consegna dell'automezzo oltretutto perfettamente in ordine, gentilezza del personale niente da dire.
Unica pecca il supplemento per orario dopo chiusura, in areoporto Alghero, ma stiamo parlando delle ore 23:00 che non mi s mbra un orario notturno e teniamo presente che gli orari dei voli non lo fanno i viaggiatori.

In spite of the car being booked through Ryanair with a Visa Debit card the employee at the counter at Alghero airport did not accept it and refused to release the car stating it had to be a credit card. He did not even want to try using it to block the funds because he took umbrage. The only difference between an internationally activated Visa Debit and Visa Credit is that the former is met directly by funds in my account while the latter through credit regardless if I have zero funds in my account. In other words all the staff member had to do was try my card and it would have gone through as there were sufficient funds. Also, this was the same card the booking was made through Ryanair. As a consequence I ended paying a further six hundred pounds to rent from a different company.
