The check in desk is in the airport terminal the staff was very friendly and they helped me to solve some troubles the drop off was easily and efficiently.

Il giorno 24/10/24 mi sono recato all'aeroporto di Bologna per ritirare la vettura presso AUTOVIA stipuliamo il contratto pago il noleggio e pago un extra di 91,5€ per rilasciare l’auto presso AUTOVIA dell’aeroporto di Palese. Premesso che l’auto mi viene consegnata con un livello di benzina pari a 7/8 e quindi doveva essere rilasciata con lo stesso livello (scritto sul contratto). Fin qui ok, non che mi fermo alla stazione Eni appena fuori l’aereoporto di Palese per il rifornimento avendo il serbatoio a 6/8 faccio il pieno ma il galleggiante continua a segnare 6/8 faccio scrivere su foglio intestato Eni che la capienza massima del serbatoio è stata raggiunta. Faccio presente il problema al momento della consegna e la filiare di Bari segnala il problema a chi di competenza ma nello stesso tempo mi consiglia di far presente anche la
Filiare di Bologna del problema…’fatto! Bologna mi garantisce che nell’arco di pochi giorni dovevano sbloccare la cauzione di 700€… dopo ripetute telefonate assicurandomi che mi avrebbero richiamato per aggiornarmi,a
Distanza di una settimana tutto questo non è accaduto ma cosa più grave è che non rispondono più al telefono.

5 stelle al servizio al banco, zero stelle per la consegna del veicolo. Abbiamo aspettato oltre 40 minuti perché arrivasse il personale.

Tempi d'attesa ridotti, personale gentile, auto non nuovissima ma in ottime condizioni e molto pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, sicuramente consigliato.

Veloci e gentili sicuramente affitterò altre auto da loro

I originally thought I had a great experience when renting the car in February, the car was Ok and the booking process straight forward. However when I gave the car back I was told there was a tiny scratch on the wheel hubcap (not sure it was there already when I got the car, my mistake for not having taken photos), and the problems with Autovia customer service started.
I took ownership of the scratch, as it was 1cm and superficial. I’ve been contacted by email after few weeks asking to pay full amount to replace the hubcap, I’ve questioned the request as a tiny paint scratch does not imply changing the item, it does not impact the functionality. I’ve asked how to escalate the issue, I never got a reply. 4 months later, without any further communication, the full amount has been charged to my credit card.
I went back to customer service again, and they said their technical team confirmed that the item could not be fixed…… 1cm scratch does not need to be fixed and certainly does not require replacing the hubcap.
Extremely poor, I saw many reviews similar to mine. Never again with them

Rezerwacja dokonana przez Booking.com. Tam też opłacone pełne ubezpieczenie. Podczas odbioru samochodu dowiadujemy się, że tak zawarte ubezpieczenie nie jest honorowane ponieważ jest zewnętrzne. Konieczne jest nowe, pełne opłacone na miejscu.Nie miałem za bardzo wyjścia więc się zgodziłem ( późny lot pozostałe wypożyczalnie nieczynne). Samochód w zasadzie OK. Może poza tym, że tapicerka siedzeń niedoprana, zabrudzona. Zwrot auta też problematyczny. Brak dokładnej instrukcji zwrotu więc problem z oddaniem. Kontakt telefoniczny nieskuteczny gdyż nikt nie odbiera. Kilkukrotne próby. Po udaniu się do stanowiska firmy brak jakiegokolwiek pracownika. Ponowny kontakt telefoniczny nieskuteczny. Na karcie w formie kaucji zablokowane 100 euro. Nie zwrócone. Były też kilkukrotne próby ściągnięcia dodatkowych 100 lub 50 euro już po oddaniu samochodu i moim powrocie do kraju. Na szczęście nieudane. NIE POLECAM!!!!! Użyję mocnego słowa. TO JAKAŚ BANDA ZŁODZIEI.

The employe we talked to was very kind and relaxed. I was affraid to meet the ususal effords of trying to sell us an ekstra-proof ensurance, upon our ensurance made by Rentalcars, but the employe said she could see we had arranged ensurance and she made the contract without fuzz. This was very pleasant!!! So, thumbs up for a convenient and professional treatment. Pick up and delivery of car also very easy and fast. Thanks to AutoVia, regards Joost

Alquilé con ellos y a partir me recibido cargos de oficina de Autovía Bologna, cuando jamás he estado allí. El coche lo alquilé y lo devolví en el aeropuerto de Fiumichino.

The information that only credit-cards are allowed for renting was not clearly displayed, which is why i left mine at home and only brought a debit-card. There where several (lost) customers present who had the same problem, therefor you have not taken your responsibility to inform well enough, especially since I did use that same debit card the previous year for renting without a problem. Hence I was left without a car and had big trouble with my further travel. I will never ever use Autovia again.

Son unos ladrones. No alquilar con esta agencia. Te obligan a pagar con tarjeta de crédito, y no de débito. Si no tienes tarjeta de crédito te obligan a hacer un seguro a todo riesgo de 360€ y ahí si te dejan pagar con tarjeta de débito. O pagas o te dejan sin coche. Lo pone en el contrato de mil hojas al final, pero te mandan mil correos para decirte lo poco que te queda y nunca te avisan de la forma de pago. La sorpresa te la llevas allí. Cuándo llegamos nosotros le paso lo mismo a unos americanos y otros españoles. UN ROBO. Hay otras agencias que si dejan pagar con tarjeta de débito. LADRONES. Está agencia tiene que estar forrada, de cada uno que alquile le roban 360€.

Absolutely regrettable experience. I had an incident with other car. It impacted me when I was stopped inside the rental car. Although I have provided all the proves and documentation supporting my claim, Autovia has charged a huge cost of damages without any explanation.

Nie polecam !!! Uwaga złodzieje !!!! Wypożyczyliśmy auto płacąc przez booking i go nie dostaliśmy ! Cwaniak z obsługi wymuszał na nas dodatkowe ubezpieczenia a właściwie podwójne ubezpieczenie , które już opłaciliśmy w Polsce ! Jesteśmy z mężem co tydzień we Włoszech i nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim złodziejstwem ! Znam włoski i powiedziałam że jest to jawne oszustwo i napiszę bardzo rzetelną opinię , w tym momencie zatrzymał płatność i powiedział że nie jest możliwa żadna z 4 kart ani gotówką i że jesteśmy agresywni ! Pożegnał nas i poprosił następnych klientów nie wydając nam naszego opłaconego wraz z ubezpieczeniem auta!!!!Musieliśmy wypożyczyć auto jeszcze raz w innej wypożyczalni pomimo że w tej mieliśmy wszystko z góry opłacone ! Będziemy dochodzić swoich praw od boockingu !

They emailed me four months after I returned the vehicle accusing me of doing €1,000 worth of damages that I did not do. They ignored my request for further information and charged my credit card without my permission. I disputed the charges, and the credit card company reversed the charges. I thought the ordeal was done until 7 months later they email me again saying I need to pay the €1,000 or they will take legal action. The company probably saw that I had dropped the car off at night and that I was from overseas and thought I’d be the perfect customer to take advantage of. Save yourself the trouble and money and DO NOT book with this company.

A couple with a 7 month baby arrives at bologna Airport autovia company office late at night. Them flight was delayed twice and informed the company by email about this. The office refused to give them the booked car .The couple stayed all night at the airport and the morning unfortunately returned to home country. Is this a shame or not!!No money back not even tried to find a solution for this family!

Terrible service!

We did a group travel. And orderd 3 cars, those 3 cars was orderd by the same person. When we arrived at the airport they say it was impossible as 1 person drive 3 cars. Yea DUH! We had enough people with a legit driverslissence and 25y+, but they only could give 1 car and we had option to book 2 new cars, without any refund. So our 450€ was gone. NEVER rent a car here!

Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se non avessero impiegao più di 2 ore per consegnarmi l'auto. Un solo addetto e tante persone in attesa molto nervose che ritardavano ulteriormente le operazioni a causa del nervosismo che c'era nell'aria. Dopo due ore è arrivato un secondo operatore. Parliamo dell'aeroporto di Bologna il 25 Aprile alle ore 09:45.

Semplicemente dei truffatori.
A distanza di mesi dal noleggio addebitano danni inesistenti.

We rented a car in Bologna from Ecovia which is a subsiduary of Autovia. They gave us a Seat Arona which mail fuel is methanol. They did not inform us about that and the methanol tank was completely empty. The car also have a 9 litre gasoline tank, so after 120 km we ran out of gasoline and called the road assistance. Now they charge us for the costs for road assistance. We rented the car on the basis that we receive a car full of fuel and return it full also. I suggest to avoid this company.

Autovia krævede ekstra betaling pga. Visa debit frem for visa credit. Hævder derefter at mellemmand (discovercars) refunderer den forudbetalte forsikring, hvilket ikke sker efter henvendelse.
Bilen var fin, fejlede ikke noget - langsomt personale, og svær at finde både ved afhentning og drop-off.
Bruger ikke autovia igen
