Autovettura non completamente pulita al ritiro, GOMME gomme non gonfie a pressione indicata dal costruttore e con sistema lavavetri parabrezza anteriore non funzionante

The tank was not full on receipt of the car. No one was on the forecourt. We phoned and they said it was noted. We returned the car 3/4 full so more than on collection. They falsely deducted money from our account. So far no comeback from Discover card either. Receptionist also unfriendly and abrupt.

I had a very good experience with Autovia at this location, they were professional and curteous and we had email communication with them during the trip - they were very responsive.
We rented an SUV for 10 days and here is how you avoid the pitfalls of any car company, not just low cost ones:
1. dont be afraid to book the cheapest offer you can find (book early, search the net, find the cheapest deal)
2. pay as much as you possibly can for extra insurance, whatever you can, it's worth it, especially excess waiver. don't skimp on this part.
3. make sure the company noted in the rental form when you pick up the car ALL the damage in the car, ALL of it, take 10 minutes of your precious vacation to give the car a careful look all around and take pictures of any scratch even if it is tiny. We found an extra part missing, and the attendant added it to the rental document. this is extremely important. Don't lose that ammended rental document
4. if you add any damages during the rental period, you will pay the excess but the additional coverage you paid for will refund you that excess just be patient (you will have to pay initially...).

Thant's it, don't be afraid of the low cost companies, just be prepared and pay for all the coverage you can, it's still worth it in the end.

Really helpful staff made the collection and return of the vehicle very straightforward. The car drove well and we were very happy with the price we paid for two weeks holiday in Italy.

Fast, helpful, professional

Reservation made through Booking.com. The staff at the counter was kind, the data processing was fast and even if there were technical problems related to the computer, they did everything possible to be able to take possession of the car as quickly as possible. Quick formalities for picking up the car, this one being new (only a few hundred km driven). The same speed and kindness when handing over the car

Got a car similar to what we expected, no surprises and everything worked out fine

Lady at the counter was not friendly after we declined the extra insurances.
Also I had to put 4 signatures digitally BEFORE even able to read the contract!
Car was dusty, windowscreen liquid was empty...

Desk staff were excellent but picking the car up was difficult as there wasn’t anybody around and took about 15 minutes to find someone, unfortunately drop off was the same!!

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was easy and straightforward. The only downside for me was a lack of signage for returning the vehicle, this is probably more an issue with Bologna Airport than with the hire firm hence the 5stars.

Mi è stata data un'automobile che non era quella scelta. Inoltre era a metano, non ho mai avuto una auto a metano, l'ho scoperto quando ho fatto il pieno prima di rendere l'auto. Inoltre il serbatoio di benzina aveva 15 litri circa. Non è stato divertente. Comunque l'auto si guidava facilmente.

Vi måtte gå fra Bologna lufthavn kl 23 om aftnen uden den forudbetalte og lejede bil, idet vores dækning på 4 forskellige kreditkort ikke var høj nok (ifølge Ecovia flex)
Dækningen på vires 4 forskellige kreditkort var 30.000kr pr. Kort, men Ecovia mente ikke at det var tilstrækkeligt - selv om vi allerede havde betalt for billejen hjemmefra. Så med 3 grædende børn måtte vi gå derfra uden bil.
Skrækkelig start på vores ferie. Lejer ALDRIG derfra igen!
