Si tienes prisa ni se te ocurra contratar con ellos. El trayecto del aeropuerto a las oficinas y el garaje se hace en taxi y se puede alargar mucho la espera. Una vez en recepción reza por no ser el ultimo del grupo, se lo toman con calma. Te dicen que lo contratado por internet no vale y te obligan a contratar un seguro con todas las coberturas además del deposito de mas de 200€. Tras 4 meses me tengo un cargo de 60€ por gestiones administrativas por una infracción de trafico.
Lo aparentemente barato sale caro.

Passado 5 meses cobraram 3 vezes o valor de 60 euros sem qualquer aviso, e até agora não me respondem ao email. Óbvio que apresentei queixa cá na polícia no meu país pois considero uma burla. E vou verificar como poderei fazer queixa em Itália.

Discovercars me impuso ir a recoger un coche en la empresa de rent car AUTOVIA a pesar de los malos comentarios que tenia, nada mas llegar una total falta de atencion, te tratan como a la basura y como haciéndote un favor, ni vieron el coche que me entregaron obligandome a hacerle un reportaje fotográfico para luego evitar sorpresas. Tras finalizar el alquiler, lo entregue y vuelta a casa. Despues de 6 meses observo que me hacen un cargo de 90€ en mi tarjeta de credito y al hacer gestiones aun inacabadas me dicen que es una infracción de tráfico y sus gastos de gestión y que ya me mandarian copia de todo,
Al ver detenidamente las opiniones de AUTOVIA que lo que me ha ocurrido es algo común, o sea te cobran lo que les apetece y sin control o medida alguna, no enviandote nada para que tengas constancia y solo te dicen que estará en la carpeta de spam, he alquilado mas de 15 veces coches en Italia y esta vez presiento que me han estafado por completo porque en ningun momento ni lugar me denunciaron, pararon o me informaron de ninguna infraccion... menuda sorpresa y empresa.

THE GOOD STUFF - £20 A DAY! Wow. I cost almost as much to park my car than to rent it.

THE BAD STUFF - CONTACT DETAILS – Phone numbers provided on booking sheet did not work.
LOCATION – I didn’t bother to tick the “Airport Counter Only” box because many Italian airport have car rental companies right outside the terminal, but this one is FIVE MILES off-site (mind you we only waited 5 minutes for a shuttle each time though the transfer took 10 minutes).
PROCESSING – Despite a fairly quick pick-up from the shuttle (and being the first in line at the counter), it took ONE HOUR to get checked in (It would have been double that for the person behind me). The desk agent apologized for the “slow system”, but it seemed as if every screen created total confusion in the agent
VEHICLE – The vehicle was quite old with 65,000 miles and LOTS of body damage (so I had to take lots of photos to make sure that I wasn’t blamed for any of it). Also, the engine had a loud rattle which was not only very annoying, but also added stress that the car might breakdown ruining our holiday.

Awful, cheater company, do not use at all !!!

Autovia extra charged us and asked to pay a 107,99 euro extra for we do not know what, because preivously we paid everything to Rentalcars with full insurance! They did not want to change the name on the rentals or getting contact with rentalcars or find any solutions. Ecovia/Autovia is not a reliable partner, they are asking extra money from their customers for nothing..So I was scammed by Autovia.

DO NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT HIDES FEES!

I can confirm, that the staff simply ask you to sign an electronic device and you are not able to see on paper what you have signed.The staff doesn't show you any piece of paper or any electronic version prior you sign.

They hide extra fee's from you!

Then you will be charged with many extra charges and penalties. So you will pay at least double compare for that price what you were previously paid.

They will try to create additional fees wherever they can !!!!!

This company is a great fraud.
I have rented a car early June which was broke due to fuel/natural gas valve defect which couldn't read that the fuel tank is full. So I got a replacement after suffering for 5 hours.
Since then they are trying to rub me by sending requests to my canceled credit card.
1st 244 euros in August without any notification

2nd an email 3 weeks back to pay 750 euros while cost of changing valve was 50 euros and the rest are other charges and fines bla bla bla

3rd 20 minutes ago they tried to charge me 903 euros twice but rejected by my bank.

And now they tried again with 244 euros.

This company is not recommended and I urge anybody reading this message not to deal with them as they will find a reason to steal your money.
I say to them STOP ✋️
You will loose all your customer base inshalla

Bagagli persi,
12 ore dopo non sanno ancora dirmi dove sono i bagagli che da contratto sarebbero dovuti partire col volo successivo, nessun sollecito nonostante fosse stato comunicato loro della presenza di medicinali nel bagaglio, zero assistenza telefonica, impossibile parlare con un operatore.
Peggio di così non si può fare.

Compagnia di noleggio molto competitiva... Gli operatori del agenzia di Milano. Disponibili e cortesi,. La consiglio..

Autovia/Ecovia (Malpensa Airport, Milan Italy)

Such a terrible experience. Booked an extra driver for free, but still had to pay 'because they already made up the contract'. Gas tank was 1/4 full and they tried to make us pay for it on return. Also, on return they found some minor damage to the car. We didn't take pictures before renting the car (my fault I guess) so I accepted the damages. we were charged with about €500,- half of which were administration fees. The car itself was decent and cheap, but the lack of service, poor communication and mistakes makes me write this honest review to say: avoid Autovia/Ecovia Malpensa.

SCAM - they will charge you extra hidden fees and keep your security deposit! Stay away and pick a more reliable car rental company like Hertz or Europcar. Their customer service is horrible and does not respond to any emails or messages.

STAY AWAY - zero stars

We rented a car from Milano, going to Torino. On the highway the wheel punctured. Not because we drove over a spike, but because the tire was OLD (we have pic proof of the rapture.) We were told to call the two phone numbers stated on the papers we got. NONE of them worked; both were phoney. We called the autovia office many-many times, but despite our full insurance, we got NO HELP.

When we finally arrived to Torino, we were given a new car, but this car also 'just had their wheels changed', so we declined - and got a third car - which was usable for the rest of the trip. We thought that buying the insurance would grant us some kind of auto-assistance, but NO. Please find another firm to rent a car from - this is a very bad auto-firm. STAY AWAY!!!!

Nessuna professionalità, ore di attesa all'aeroporto per essere accompagnati al deposito delle auto molto distante dall'aeroporto e richiesta di assicurazioni aggiuntive per truffare i clienti.
Vivamente sconsigliato!!

Mi è stata data un'auto con la spia della pressione pneumatici accessa. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato risposto, senza voler controllare, che era normale e si sarebbe spenta automaticamente dopo poco. Invece in autostrada la gomma si è afflosciata completamente. I numeri di emergenza non rispondevano anche chiamando continuamente per più di un'ora (da una piazzola d'emergenza in autostrada). Quando ho chiamato l'agenzia mi è stato detto che loro non potevano inoltrare la chiamata ed era un problema del mio telefono estero se l'assistenza non rispondeva (ma le chiamate a loro e alla sede centrale di Trento funzionavano benissimo). Alla fine ho cambiato la ruota da solo ed ho proseguito verso la mia destinazione. Condizioni della ruota: battistrada liscio e con fascia metallica visibile nella parte interna; il tutto non visibile dall'esterno senza togliere la ruota e non segnalato dall'impiegato al momento del ritiro, quindi per me impossibile da rilevare preventivamente. Domani andrò all'agenzia di Torino per una macchina sostitutiva. Finora esperienza pessima e pericolosissima: la ruota non passerebbe una revisione, sto pensando di mostrarla alla polizia stradale.

La dipendente che ci ha serviti è stata incompetente e scortese. Non ha accettato i documenti di identità e neanche la postepay mentre con altre compagnie non ho mai avuto problemi. Abbiamo cambiato compagnia ed è andato tutto liscio come l’olio.

Non mi hanno dato l'auto perchè un'addetta non riusciva a leggere bene la data di scadenza della mia patente, lasciandomi a piedi solo e con 4 bagagli. Ci sono mille modi per verificare la data di scadenza di una patente ma non ha voluto farlo.

From the start: Pick up point was "outside the terminal." Having asked a policeman, it was anywhere in a 100 metre stretch outside Door 4 of T2. Despite the website saying they had a shuttle bus every 10 mins, this turned out to be every 30. And, you had to work out the vans are marked 'Kingparking,' as that's the location. Here's the thing: these buses are eight seater and serve three car hire companies.
The first one we missed out, the second, 30 minutes later, was a mad scramble down the road, so the family of six stood no chance (to be fair, we were there first and had already waited 50 mins).
The worst was to come. With no queue, it took an age to get registered with the frequently distracted clerk and then another age for him to (obviously) go and power wash the car and deliver it.
No, the worst was still to come. We got a brand new Jaguar E Pace (30km on the clock) which seemed nice until 5 minutes into the drive, we noticed there was hardly any petrol in it (yes we should have checked, but more so Autovia).
Then the air con stopped working.
Then the temperature gauge went into the red and warning instruction on dashboard. By now we were 30km down the road. Stopped in a car park and saw the coolant level was just above minimum.
Gave it 15 minutes and reckoned we could get the 15km to our hotel. No chance. 1 km further and back into the red. Coolant level now just below minimum.
This is where the fun began.
Autovia had provided two 'roadside assistance ' numbers - one for 'phones from abroad,' one for 'Italian phones.' The first constantly (we tried a few times) said "the number you have dialled is incorrect." With the help of the lovely girl from the geletaria, we got through to the other number, but the roadside assistance company had no record of our booking.
Calls to Autovia either not answered or, when we spoke English, they put the phone down. Geletaria girl (GG) helped out again but all Autovia would say, when we got through, was to phone the roadside assistance.
We decided to abandon the car in the parade car park and , fortunately GG got us a private limo as there are no taxis operating in that area.
At the hotel, I tried Rental Cars.com (the booking agent) where the employee was so dense I expect light bends around her. E.g. "have you collected the car?" and, after she grasped the car had broken down "take it back to the depot then." Thirty (30) calls in all to Autovia got nowhere.
Next day, the hotel receptionist (HR) phoned the roadside assistance, and now they had our booking so we arranged to meet. HR not only gave us a lift back to the car but liaised with us such that, once the tow truck was minutes away, she arranged for another private hire to take us back to Autovia. No, the tow truck cannot take passengers even if they were going anywhere near Autovia. By now the coolant level had practically disappeared and I found leakage of such under the engine tray, so there was seriou problem.
At Autovia we were greeted with the sort of enthusiasm and urgency you'd get when cleaning someone else's bathroom.
First question was "where did the tow truck take the car?"
Second statement " we have to take another deposit, until we find what damage you may have caused."
I think I gave myself a medal for not swearing, but my 'WhatTheActual' expression maybe got the message over.
Another Jaguar E Pace came up, this time with petrol and coolant.
So the system here is that Autovia showed zero interest in our custom and, if you get into trouble, they will not help you out. 36 hours after returning the car, we've only had one car deposit returned - no idea which one.
I've used Rentalcars and 'off airport' hire many times and never had a problem. In fact, most media hard luck stories are with well known companies.
Now to pursue RentalCars for insurance comp

We choose Autovia as they offered a good price for car hire. However, we had to wait a long time (40 mins) at Milan airport to be picked up and taken to the offsite location to collect our car.

Cortesia e pazienza nei nostri confronti, hanno fatto il possibile per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, e ci sono riusciti. Di più non avremmo potuto chiedere.

I read different opinions but my experience was quite good. Staff in both location Milan Malpensa and Treviso super nice and helpful, not trying to push for buying any additional items etc. The only downside was a pick up from the airport but this was also due to incorrect information broker had on Autovia (wrong name on the van, wrong address to return the car etc) so had to call to clarify matters. I had no incidents during our rental so hopefully staff is equally nice when something happens.

I was a bit concerned because of the bad reviews.

Had a great experience. Good rates, friendly service, easy pickup and return.

They’re located off the airport so make sure to get all the instructions before you arrive at the airport.
