Easy way to the office at the Milano train station.
Good advice! Thanks to Dominico! Easy peak up, easy drop off the car. Patient staff!!
Pick up the car a few minutes from the office , easy to find and acces . The parking -very safe and clean !

Ho effettuato diversi noleggi auto e questa è una delle poche agenzie che mette a disposizione cortesia e professionalità.
Tra l’altro nel corso del noleggio ho avuto un problema prontamente risolto dalla dipendente al desk ( Donia se non ricordo male). Consiglio vivamente

The worst car rental service! Where do I start..we got to their branch in Milan and they seemed bothered that they have to deal with nother customer than we were given the keys and a map to go find the car. There was a red light flashing in the dash the whole time (not ideal when you're renting abroad!)we were told the car was new (not new) and clean (not). We were than told that will get our deposit back as soon see drop off the car. Nearly 2 months later and we still haven't got it! When I rang them they apologised and said oh no it's going to take up to 30 day to get it back, rang them after 30 days "sorry but there's a problem with our bank in Italy", a few days later they emailed and said the deposit it's been unblocked. I rang my bank and they don't have it so they haven't done it. They were shouting in capital letter in the emails all because I was trying to get my deposit back. I have never had to deal with anything like this before, ridiculous and poor customer service. I will not be using them again not even in another country.
Save yourself the money, energy and time, shocking!

Regarding: Milan Central Train station

Need clearer signs or maps indicating where the office is and where the pickup of the car is (that is located quite far away when walking with lot's of bags and kids on foot). We did not see a small sign right away where the parking garage is and could see other people also looking for it.

It was also a little bit confusing when returning the car, there was no inspection or anything that we took part in so we weren't really sure if everything was ok or not when we left it and no email or message from the car hire indicating that we had in fact returned the car and everything was in order.

But overall we liked the car and everything seems to have gone well.

Almost a month and I still didn’t get my deposit back, the amount was charged in my credit card (instead of hold). There were no damages and I have the return receipt. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t recommend.

Volevano darmi un auto tutta bozzata con furto e danni a mio carico per 3000 euro. Subito una cauzione di 500 euro. Ai numeri di telefono cadeva la linea. Una cosa indecente......scegliete compagnie note che non si improvvisano a mio parere......io ho restituito le chiavi e me ne sono andata.

They basically treated me without any human dignity, gave me a Methane car without warning, threatened to cancel my reservation, stole from my deposit, and ignored my complaints.

Case submitted to the European Consumer Organization and claimed to VISA.

Alles gut, sehr nette Abwicklung, alles bestens! Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Perfekt.

Overall very smooth experience. No problems renting car. No line at counter.

sono stato in attesa un ora per il ritiro della vettura, una persona ha bloccato la fila, ho chiesto all'operatrice di fare il check in poiché avevo un appuntamento importante ed ero già registrato con i dati della mia azienda, la signorina mi ha detto che dovevo rimanere in fila, ho chiesto uno sconto per il prossimo noleggio come risarcimento del danno, sono rimasto a Milano per ulteriori due notti, lascio immaginare i costi di hotel e volo!!

Terrible experience. First issue is that the website says “drivers must have a valid license” but says nothing about an international license which was required for us to rent a car. We rented a car from Enterprise 3 days prior without any required international license (so it’s not a mandated thing for all rentals). Luckily I had one but my wife did not so she couldn’t be added as a driver. That should be made clear before drivers get to the rental place. Since our original reservation had my wife as a driver and she didn’t have an international license we couldn’t use our reservation and had to rent on the spot which cost us more money.
Next issue was that when we dropped the car off there was nothing for us to sign to officially turn in the car. This ended up being a problem because we were charged for fuel when we actually returned the car with a full tank. We were also charged for an “extra” car wash which was never mentioned at all during the rental and I would have never agreed to. Both of these charges were made AFTER we returned the car and didn’t expect any charges.
Last issue was that I’ve tried to call (when I pressed 2 for English the call disconnected 3 separate times) and email Autovia about these unwarranted charges and I’ve never received a response. Overall I would never use Autovia again and if I could rate it at a zero star rating I would.

When we gave back the car, they told us that everything was ok (and I signed without having the possibility to see the comments the agent wrote, but everything was supposedly ok) and I received by email the same day an additional charge of 22EUR because the car was "dirty". They do not tell you at the beginning but the car is considered dirty if it has not been cleaned by a professional (your hoover and sponge work are not authorized).
Milan office of Centrale railway station cannot be trusted.

check in rapido, personale gentile, garage abbastanza vicino alla stazione centrale di Milano con restituzione ad una persona fisica.

Prezzi buoni se trovate una promozione. Auto così così. Persone al banco ingiustificatamente lente ad eseguire tutte le procedure e impedite, nonostante avessi già prenotato e fatto tutto online

Tempi di attesa di oltre un'ora per fare il check.in, dopo aver già fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Alla riconsegna non c'era nessun addetto che abbia controllato l'auto

Stazione centrale Milano, attribuzione danni non fatti durante le poche ore di noleggio. Danni già esistenti ma non inseriti nel riquadro di uscita. Video effettuato al check out ed analizzato successivamente dimostra quanto sopra.
