Personale all'imbarco impreparato ed indifferente [ di quattro persone tre erano impegnati con il cellulare]. Bagni da migliorare la pulizia. Pannelli informativi per i voli non aggiornati.

Goedkoop = duurkoop in dit geval.
Maanden na huren ineens extra geld afgeschreven zonder factuur of email etc. Nu enorme problemen om uberhaupt contact te krijgen en of uitleg.
Ook bij het ophalen maar 1 klant voor mij en toch duurde het bijna 2 uur voordat medewerker alles had verwerkt.
Tevens weken moeten wachten totdat reservering van 700 euro werd verwijderd als reservering.
Nu bezig met credit card service om geld terug te halen. Vrienden die bij Sunny Cars hadden gehuurd hadden geen issues, geen wachtrij etc en betaalde maar beetje meer. Dus volgende keer ga ik nooit meer voor de goedkoopste....les nu wel geleerd.

Mijn dochter heeft op 7 juni 2024 bij Autovia in Perugia een auto gehuurd. De borg van €500 heb ik als vader middels mijn creditkaart gezekerd. De auto werd op 16 juni weer ingeleverd zonder beschadigingen. Inmiddels is het nu 16 augustus, dus 2 maanden later en heeft Autovia de BORG van €500 NOG ALTIJD NIET TERUGGESTORT!!!

Auto usata dal 17/02/24 al 22/02/24, arriva una mail il 02/04/2024 quindi dopo 40 giorni dalla restituzione. L'auto era già piena di piccole bozze al ritiro ma mi addebitano una nuova e fantomatica mini ammaccatura che non ho sicuramente fatto. Totale 450,00 Euro. Quindi, dopo 40 giorni che l'auto sarà stata usata da chissà quanti clienti, mi fanno pagare uno sportello nuovo intero. Non so neanche se passato tutto questo tempo, tutto ciò, sia legale. Naturalmente non c'è modo di difendersi da tali abusi se non quello di renderli pubblici e cambiare compagnia di noleggio

EVITATE DI NOLEGGIARE CON QUESTA COMPAGNIA!
Abbiamo noleggiato un furgone, riconsegnato la sera dello giorno stesso in perfette condizioni. Alla riconsegna, dato che gli uffici erano già chiusi, ci era stato detto di lasciare il mezzo in un apposito parcheggio dell'aeroporto di Perugia e depositare la chiave in una cassetta postale, cosa che abbiamo fatto regolarmente. La mattina seguente riceviamo una telefonata e ci dicono che il mezzo presenta dei danni, una gomma esplosa, un cerchione e la targa ammaccati, veniamo quindi accusati di essere noi i responsabili! Così ci viene trattenuta la cauzione dell'assicurazione di 1000 euro. Siamo immediatamente andati al desk di Perugia a protestare, ma niente da fare, insistono nel dire che siamo stati noi ad aver danneggiato il mezzo e che dobbiamo rivolgerci al numero verde della Compagnia. Chiamiamo e ci rispondono che loro non ne sanno nulla e che dobbiamo scrivere una email all'ufficio amministrativo. Comincia così l'odissea e, ad oggi, non abbiamo ancora riavuti indietro i nostri 1000 euro! Ora ci stiamo rivolgendo ad un avvocato. NON FIDATEVI. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!

Addebitano costi su danni già esistenti. Ti dicono che l auto e stata controllata e si potevano fidare...poi ti vengono addebitati i costi al rientro. Lasciate perdere, noleggiate solo da sicily by car

Never again. On the second day of a five-day rental, I called to find out how much a one-day extension would cost. Despite being assured the same daily rate would apply, when I returned the car I was charged, for one extra day, more than the entire five-day rental. Sadly their policy is dishonesty wherever they can get away with it. Be warned. Also, bring your own windshield fluid, I guess that costs extra as well [per squirt perhaps?]. Awful.

The Autovia vehicle broke down on day one of the hire. Autovia did not answer calls and ignored emails for three days.
I had the vehicle removed by Autovia's roadside assistance service.
I returned by taxi to the hire point at Perugia Airport at a cost of 250 Euros at the end of the five day rental.
The Autovia hire desk at Perugia Airport declined any refund of the hire fee or taxi fare.
I will be pursuing the matter further.

La personne qui nous a reçu au comptoir est indigeste.
Alors qu'elle mettait plus de 40 min par clients et la file d'attente était longue, elle a décidé qu'elle ne pouvait pas me faire remplir les documents car il était 14h17 et j'avais loué mon véhicule à partir de 14h30.... j'ai eu le malheur de lui faire remarquer que sa lenteur allait régler le problème, elle m'a menacé d'appeler la police...

Wat een slecht bedrijf. 3 minuten na openingstijd aankomen ivm vertraagde vlucht en €61 moeten betalen per auto!! Stonden daar met een groep mensen en iedere groep moest dit bedrag betalen. Is toch geen service. Ga nooit meer boeken bij dit bedrijf en raad het iedereen af!

Mi hanno consegnato la vettura sporchissima e non lavata. Inoltre, ho atteso un'ora per ritirare la vettura e un'ora per riconsegnarla e questo a causa della presenza di un solo dipendente. Dovete rafforzare la presenza dei dipendenti (che non hanno nessuna responsabilità in questo caso) aggiungendone almeno un altro. Non è ammissibile impiegare più tempo per ritirare la vettura rispetto al volo (che è durato 50 minuti)

The representative at Perugia airport was very helpful, both when collecting and returning the car.
However, what was disappointing was that the tank was not full on collection which breaches the terms of "collect full return full". I returned the car full and did e-mail the company on the day I collected about the tank not being full but got no response. Ultimately this resulted in additional cost to me.

There was only one person at the counter in perugia airport. Staff present tried to do her best.
Another staff turned up half way thru our wait n served one person n then disappeared again.....

Waited one hour before we got to counter. We finally got our car, went to car n saw that the side wall of the car tyre was badly damaged. Side wall tyre was patched. I hv photos. Went back n was told it is safe to drive, which I think is a big danger n asked to change car. Was told I had to wait in line. 😠😠
After big protest as line was just as long n did not want to wait. The lady finally switched another car for us. She was polite thru the incident but obviously overwhelmed by the long line.
Ppl waiting were all very upset as well.

2Nd car, we took photo of fuel gauge, it was not full tank but when I email they requested time stamp on photo which I did but never got a reply. We returned car w full tank anyway. Didn't want any unnecessary drama w them. Second Car was OK. Quite happy with it but the spanner icon showed up on dash board on 2nd day.

On the whole, 2nd car was OK n staff tried their best.

Another point, we booked thru booking. Com. The insurance we bought thru booking. Com is NOT the same as insurance w car rental.

So we were told that we had to buy insurance if not we just hv to pay if there is damage n we claim from booking. Com insurance.

Think this is terrible.... Beware when booking w platform. We didn't realize this. Always take up insurance at the counter....

Il 13 luglio 2023 abbiamo ricevuto l'auto in perfette condizioni ma sporca esternamente. L'auto era moderna e rispettava le aspettative. Al ritorno (domenica 16) c'era una sola persona addetta al banco e la fila di persone. Ci abbiamo messo 40 minuti per rendere l'auto. In alta stagione non è ammissibile che l'azienda metta una sola persona a gestire i clienti.

kind and fast check in, but i don't want to hire an car with metano fuel. The engine has no power when you have to drive up a hill.
