I was robbed for the tank re-fuel, with mismatching information between the agency and at the pick-up. Although the agency admitted the error and was entrusted to re-imburse partially the amount, nothing was done! I filled a complaint two weeks ago, no answer, no A/R...Then you wonder why they say you're robbed each time in Italy, there's no secret that's a habit (btw I'm Italian)

Mi sono trovato bene e il personale è sempre stato cortese e gentile.
Sicuramente se dovessi ancora aver bisogno non avrò dubbi e ritornerò da voi; come pure, se qualcuno mi chiedesse, vi consiglierei senza ombra di dubbio.

The service was quick, Sara at the desk kind and useful. They instructed me to look at the car and send them pictures of every scratch or bend on whatsapp before using it, which I did and got an assuring response. The car was great and was perfect for what we needed. When we returned the car, a fast inspection gave us the release signature, and I went back to the office (I could leave at that point but just wanted to know how I get my recite) I got from Sara all the answers I needed, with a smile of course. Really glad I booked my car from Autovia, it was top service for the best price!

The staff were really nice and helpful. We had no issues with the car. The had a system issue and we had to wait 10 minutes extra, however they had gave as an upgrade for free, which I think it was really nice of them. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Autosleutel werd onmiddellijk aan het loket in de terminal te Pescara overhandigd met alle nodige info. Zelf even de auto gecheckt op verzoek van de loketbediende. Eventuele beschadigingen kan je via WhatsApp doorsturen. Achteraf sleutel simpelweg terug in de sleutelbox aan het loket gedropt en nog geen 24u later melding gekregen dat de waarborg werd teruggestort. Aangename loketbedienden zonder opdringerig te zijn bv voor een extra verzekering af te sluiten. Auto op zich was prima in orde met een goede uitrusting.

J'ai loué une petite voiture chez eux pour 10 jours.
J'ai à peine roulé avec, 20 euros d'essence, absolument certain de l'avoir rendu sans aucuns dégâts ! Un mois et demis après, ils me retire frauduleusement sur ma carte de crédit 548 euros sans autorisation. La caution de 500 euros étant déjà annulée au bout de 1 mois. C'est scandaleux.

La personne m annonce que ces une carte de débit et pas crédit donc peut pas me donner la voiture sauf si je prends l assurance a 300€ comme par hasard
Pris au piège pas trop le choix
Je déconseille vivant a tous les français et belge car ma carte fonctionne partout sans problème sauf dans cette agence
Apparemment la personne nous a dit sa arrive souvent au belge et français car chez nous on utilise que cette carte pour tous faire

Direi positiva e poco e super positiva specialmente la dipendente Noemi super esperta parla otto lingue bravissima gentilissima bellissima ma soprattutto competente e rapida ed efficiente che non fa altro che dare un vantaggio un valore aggiunto all’azienda che l’assunta .
Comunque consiglio molto questa azienda perché seria non come molte altre che non mettono in evidenza tutte le varie condizioni non so se questo derivi da Noemi o dalla direttiva aziendale ma comunque sia il risultato ottimale pertanto consiglio vivamente questa azienda
