Tout était parfait et rapide au guichet.

The car was ready on time and clean and full of fuel . The damage on the car albeit small was pointed out clearly to us at check in . The clock was not correct but this was not a problem really.

Mi sono trovata male. Ho noleggiato un auto economica all'Aereoporto di Pescara per 2 giorni. Nel contratto accettato on line era indicato un importo totale per il noleggio di complessivi euro 89,04, di cui 29,19 corrisposti in via anticipata. Nel contratto da me accettato on line era indicato che l'orario di ritiro e apertura degli uffici fosse "alle ore 8.00". In sede di ritiro, con mia grande sorpresa, l'importo che sono stata costretta a corrispondere è stato di euro 120,85 in quanto sul contratto che mi è stato sottoposto e che a quel punto ho dovuto sottoscrivere, era indicato che gli uffici aprivano alle ore 9.00, pertanto ho dovuto pagare il c.d. "fuori orario di euro 61.00". Ho contestato ma il responsabile nonostante l'assoluta arbitrarietà della richiesta e pretestuosità non ha accettato in alcun modo di non farmi pagare il fuori orario benchè il contratto accettato in fase di stipula prevedesse condizioni diverse da quelle che sono state sottoposte in sede di ritiro autovettura. Ho contestato a Autovia s.r.l. il fatto occorso, ma anche in quel caso hanno dichiarato di aver correttamente operato, pertanto, non mi è stato restituito l'importo di euro 61,00 illegittimamente pagato. Ho deciso di agire legalmente non ritenendo tale comportamento coerente con le politiche commerciali trasparenti verso i consumatori. L'offerta al pubblico accettata on line non può essere successivamente e arbitrariamente modificata dalla compagnia.

Aeroporto piccolo ma ben organizzato.
Comodi i servizi offerti e comodi i mezzi di trasporto che sono disponibili fuori dall'area e che in dieci minuti ti portano in centro.
Spero che prima o poi aumentino le destinazioni dei voli.

Customer service at Pescara

Quando ho ritirato l'auto a Pescara la benzina era poco piu di mata. Ho avvisato l'ufficio prima di uscire dal parcheggio e mi hanno detto di avvisare Fiumicino quando riconsengniavo l'auto. Prima di riconsegnare l'auto ho fatto il pieno. Quando ho spiegato l'adetta a Fiumicino mi e stata poco cortese e mi ha detto di non aspetarmi niente e che era la mia sfortuna.
Percio non sono stato contento per niente dell'esperienza con Autovia

Tutto perfetto, noleggio trasparente e senza problemi, consigliato!!

Unfair damage claims
Charged for a scratch to the door without proof... moreover this came after signing the restotution module where there was indication of a preexisting damage in the same area.

They later said the document I signed was only an acknowledgement of the fuel level.

When asked for demonstrating pictures the door was not visible and not possible to determine if the scratch was there before. They sent only a partial picture very close up of another preexisting damage without proving anything.

These are old tricks. After so many rents done in my life unfortunately I've seen this same technique done in the same way by few other agencies. Very sad.

I went too easy trusting too much. Anyone with common sense avoid renting from this company if you don't want surprises at the end of your renting period.

If instead you do rent with them please take good detailed pictures of the car before renting starts and ask for immediate inspection at the restitution...otherwise you'll be charged for damages you didn't do.

Ps. Their unique phone number is not really working. I couldn't speak with anyone for support.

Car was spotless on collection and well specced.

Servizio di presa auto e riconsegna molto efficiente. Auto molto confortevole e senza alcun problema tecnico. La richiesta di provvedere a lavare l'auto prima della restituzione mi sembra pero' eccessiva. Comunque l'agenzia lascia dei margini ed a noi non e' stato richiesto. Nel complesso ottimo servizio e prezzo.

Ho trovato l'auto in ottime condizioni. Sono stato assistito dalla Sig.ra Alessia, molto gentile e disponibile.

AUTO CONSEGNATA CON SERBATOIO NON PIENO, FATTA FOTO COME PROVA AL MOMENTO DEL RITIRO.
VIENE RICONSEGNATA CON LO STESSO LIVELLO DI CARBURANTE, 5 GIORNI DOPO UN ADDEBITO DI QUASI 50 € PER UNA TACCA CHE MANCAVA.

I used Autovia at Pescara airport seven weeks ago, I was very disappointed with the service and attitude of Luca the representative. It took over an hour before I was given a vehicle and then it was not one that requested. I was very surprised at the signage stating that the car had to be cleaned prior to returning or I would be charged. Never had that before.

The representative tried to give me a Fiat Panda I had ordered a Kia Ceed Estate, the rep said that "they were the same size". Clearly, they are not! I refused the car, mean while another customer was now being served by another rep, they too were offered a smaller car than they had ordered, they refused it as well, however their rep found a bigger car for them straight away. Meanwhile my rep was speaking on the phone, he then offered me another smaller car than ordered, after about 20 minutes he offered me, another car stating that if I did not take it he would "rip up the contract and not give me anything". Unfortunately, I did not have time to go somewhere else so had to take what was offered. The vehicle was dirty inside and the fuel tank was not full even though on the contract I had with Autovia it said that the fuel was Full to Full.
Your rep was rude and unhelpful, the fact that a customer behind me was able to get a bigger car before me did not sit well with me either.

I sent two messages through the website requesting who I should contact regarding this issue but never had a reply, I also sent an email to customer services and have had no reply. ​Again, very poor service. I am very surprised at your review rating as I did not find the service satisfactory at all. I will not use them again.

Die Autos bei Autovia sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Abwicklung vor Ort ist einfach, die Mitarbeiter am Schalter am Flughafen in Pescara sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei 2 Buchungen wurde mir sogar ohne Aufzahlung ein Auto einer höheren Kategorie zugewiesen. Mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bin ich super zufrieden.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le service assuré par Alessia est exceptionnel. Elle est très professionnelle et très aimable.

Sconsiglio vivamente questa compagnia,
Tengono il prezzo basso del noleggio,per poi ad un piccolo graffio
sono capaci di prendersi 200€ dalla cauzione.
A me è successo, vi consiglio di fare foto e video ad ogni angolo della macchina prima di prenderla.
Il parcheggio dell aeroporto di Pescara, dove sono le macchine, è deprimente scomodo ,stretto e pieno di buche.
Alla consegna mi hanno riscontrato dei graffi sul parafango dex e purtroppo non avendo prove che già esisteva ho dovuto pagare 200 di danno ,un pò troppo per tre piccoli graffi.
Luca il responsabile sembra cortese, ma la sua dipendente Alessia è arrogante presuntuosa e non sa gestire il cliente.

Ottimo servizio, personale cortese e professionale.
