Sono stato molto soddisfatto della vettura noleggiata e del servizio ricevuto al ritiro e alla riconsegna del veicolo . Durante il periodo di noleggio ( 1 settimana ) ho avuto un piccolo problema tecnico risolto immediatamente con un tecnico inviatomi in 30 minuti . Noleggio perfetto lo raccomando .

cordialità e precisione. Macchina pronta al ritiro, pulita e ben tenuta. Alla prossima....

La macchina era quella che avevo prenotato con le catene e la radio che si connetteva al telefono. Tutto funzionava bene. Staff molto gentile.

Noleggio ok. Personale gentile e abbastanza veloce. Vettura in buone condizioni.

Mi ha servito una ragazza bionda di cui non ricordo il nome, molto professionale, macchina perfetta, più comoda di quella prenotata senza alcuna differenza di prezzo da pagare. Mi è capitato più volte di noleggiare con Autovia, in vari aeroporti, spesso a Lamezia Terme. Consiglio a tutti la compagnia Autovia, azienda molto seria con personale preparato, cordiale e gentile.

Very difficult to find the car rental office at Venice airport, the signposting is terrible. It is situated inside the multi-storey carpark at the top.
The car was full of dents all around as if it had just been involved in an accident. The windscreen wash wipe did not work; only found out in the middle of motorway when I needed to use it. I had to fill the windscreen wash tank myself as it was completely empty. Soon after, the car developed scraping metal sound from the front brakes. I managed to make it back safely eventually but I certainly had not paid for a car that was due to be scrapped.

Rented in advance via rentalcars.com from Venice Airport. The only car they could provide was an old, dented and scratched Astra. When we were away from the airport, engine “! – Engine Power is Reduced” came on, and the car had no torque in first gear and was dangerous on north Treviso hills. As we were busy at a wedding, we had to leave the car parked for four days completely unused. They would only change the car if we returned it or paid $300. They changed cars once we were able to limp back to Treviso but offered no compensation and took no responsibility for supplying dangerous vehicles once they were outside the carpark.

All went okay until it is time for us to get our deposit back. We rented the car end of May and until now our 300 euros deposit is not back. They keep on claiming that the system automatically releases the hold but obviously it has not happened - we have bank statements to support our claim. We have been provided a receipt but that receipt was when we got the car not from the deposit so I don't know what they are claiming with that. Very very very slow response as well. This is putting us in a difficult situation.

Davvero poco professionali.
Siamo arrivati al Desk per prendere le chiavi e ci hanno detto che la nostra carta di credito non era valida perché non aveva i numeri scritti sulla carta.
Quindi ci hanno obbligati a cambiare la carta e usare quella di debito e dover pagare la franchigia intera.
Ovviamente non eravamo in disposizione di poter far altro perché la persona del Desk non ci dava altrimenti la macchina dicendo che tutto ciò c’è scritto sul sito ecc..
Vorrei far notare che ne sul sito ne sulle mail risulta una necessità di avere i numeri scritti sulla carta di debito e ho scritto una mail al complains di questa azienda per la negligenza tale che ci ha portato a spendere 200 euro in più del previsto ma nemmeno rispondono.
