Hired a car to drive into the Dolomites in March. Winter tyres should have been automatically supplied. Instead I was taken advantage of and charged four hundred percent more for the car at check in. It is considered illegal to take a car into the mountains in winter on summer tyres. There should not have been a 400% supplement for this.

Semplice, servizio veloce, cordiale e competente, sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna della macchina.

Poca chiarezza nei tempi di riconsegna, nessun avviso sugli addebbiti non concordati, esperienza più che negativa. Da evitare !!!
Quando mi sono recato in aereoporto per la consegna ho perso più di venti min. per trovare l'omino disposto alla restituzione del veicolo, poichè non disponeva di un box all'esterno come tutte le altre compagnie, e non segnalandomi nessuna nota di ritardo mi diceva di lasciare le chiavi perchè l'auto era stata consegnata senza nessun problema.
Malgrado ciò mi veniva addebitata una penale di 67,10€ per un ora e tredici minuti di ritardo. Quando al banco era stato rassicurato ampliamente sulla tolleranza alla riconsegna.
Ho mandato una mail per capire meglio ma ho ricevuto una risposta perentoria sull'ora massima di tolleranza e sull'addebito assolutamente dovuto.
Alle mie ulteriori mail non ho avuto più risposta !!!

L'auto che avevamo era una 500, aveva qualche problema di stabilità, forse pneumatici non ben equilibrati, sbandava molto.
Al momento della consegna chiavi l'ufficio era sguarnito, abbiamo aspettato ma non arrivava nessuno, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi sul banco.

This company engages in classic "bait and switch"unscrupulous business practices. I had a contract for an Audi Q3 but when I picked up a car in Europe they gave me a Q2 saying it is the equivalent vehicle. After an international flight, I was in no state of mind to argue but when I returned the car and asked for a refund for the difference between the price of a Q3 and Q2 they refused, in spite of my presentation of a contract that stated I should have received a Q3. This company cheats its customers and its complaint department refuses to honor its contracts. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CHEATS!

La maquina no estaba en buenas condiciones y se averio a la vuelta el dia 11-02-2023 teniendo que avisar a la grua y tomar un taxi al aeropuerto con un coste de 390,50 euros que no ha sido reembolsado todavia

Ho prenotato il mezzo tramite un broker comunicando il mio volo è orario di arrivo a Venezia per le 22.00. Arrivato allo sportello di autovia per le 22.10 ho trovato il loro collaboratore che mi riferiva che la chiusura è prevista per le 22.00 e che non poteva farci nulla, dopo le mie rimostranze in merito alla sua risposta, ha pensato bene che fosse opportuno farmi pagare la tariffa notturna in più per un importo di 61,00 euro per consegnarmi la vettura. Per lavoro sono obbligato molto spesso a noleggiare mezzi in tutta Europa ma non ho mai dico mai ricevuto risposte come allo sportello autovia del marco polo di Venezia. Concludo dicendo che mai più mi rivolgerò a questa compagnia.

Procedura semplice, auto di qualità in ottime condizioni. Conveniente ed un buon prezzo - fantastico!

The second time that I'm trying to give them 1 star as the first time they pulled my review down claiming it was not legit.

I've rented a car via RyanAir just as I've both the airline ticket, I've simply added the rental car. The plane was delayed and I arrived late at the rental car office (about 22:30) while the booking was for 22:00. I rang the agency as soon as the plane landed but nobody answered. It was closed. I tried to call them the whole morning the day after and they would hand me the phone after a few rings. I've called Booking.com (the company used by RyanAir to book the rental) who called Autovia but they were not able to connect with them either. So they offered me a 60% refund. Obviously, reading the T&C, the customer must arrive on time otherwise the reservation is lost. Then I discovered that RyanAir has booked the collection time exactly at the same time as the plane arrival, without leaving any buffer time. I was not warned about it as surely I would have if the reservation was done via a human.

In conclusion, no car and nobody to talk to.
