Dont buy from them mechanics are cowboys. Got car nov 23 been back in bald tyres only passed mot 4 days before i brought it. They replaced tyres engine making noise mechsnic saying nothing wrong. 21 feb car bern stood waiting for scotia report came back saying water pump problem was there when i brought car nov23x car been stood on my drive wont pay compensation. Paying £270 for 3rd party to fix my car cause autozone can’t get in till 4 april so just proves how many buggered up cars there cowboy mechanic fixing. Stay clear from them. Staff need to learn ppl skills and they never return your calls.i had my over 3 months when it sat on my drive for a month. If i didn’t complain to trading standards i would not of got anything out of autozone i would of had to pay for work doing when autozone sold car with noise

Stay well clear as I have now spent over £400 to try and get my car sorted that I have getting from Autozone darlington they don’t sell cars fit for purpose they brake down and then you are left without a car and costs £100s to have fixed I am in the process of speaking with the finance company and have the car returned as like I have side not fit for purpose and taken Autozone to court for the money I have spent if you want a car that runs and lasts DO NOT USE THEM.

I have now had to take it to Peugeot as there are more problems with the car the bill is over £1000 now costing me more to sort than what the car is worth

So I got a car 4months ago and and just after the 4months I have had nothing but problems with it and it feels to me that they just give you the 3months warranty so that they don’t have to sort the problem they will know about. I have had to replace all 4 spark plugs and a ignition coil and it looks like the other 3 are needing replacing stay well clear do not buy car from this company

Collected my car today from autozone. Lee organised everything, car was as described and very well presented. Thanks to Jay for the car handover, the guys couldn't do enough to help would definitely recommend.

Did not get proper care when I picked the car it was if they got the sale get out of here josh total loss will not recommend you car at go back for things that should have been done

Jordan and Shaby sorted me out literally straight away applied and within a few hours I was in and signing documents for my first car
They got me one of the best deals best experience ever would 1000% recommend

Lee was amazing and talked me through everything and was really patient with me when I didn’t reply to phone calls or emails straight away, we got out of the site car park and immediately went to put some petrol in the car, it drives really nicely, I will get lots of enjoyment out of it, thanks, Michael

Shaby is very friendly and efficient.He made the whole experience bearable.I highly recommend him

There has been faults on my car since I've had it spoke to the people who work there and all they do is laugh and there not interested in what you say a bad company to be with as long as they get the money that's sll there bothered about I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Absolutely worst service ever offered by any company I have dealt with. Told lies from the minute you deal with. Wish I realised sooner and stayed clear. Booking times for jobs ends up running into days without even contact made from them and leaving you without transport and you leaving you to arrange transport when leaving the car with them (30 mile each way)
When signing paperwork DON'T let then make you back date the singing DATES (PUT THE DATE YOU ACTUALLY SIGN)
If was to give any recommendations regarding this company it would be to stay well and truly clear.

So helpful and I would definitely recommend this company

An excellent experience from start to finish. Shabby made the whole process so easy and was so helpful in assisting me to get the finance required and back on the road in a lovely car. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We picked up our new car from the Darlington branch on Friday after only seeing it online on Wednesday. The car was in Barnsley and Josh bent over backwards to get this car here for me for Friday before I went on holiday. From the very beginning josh was very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and completely put me at ease making this the best experience possible after a terrible recent experience with another garage. Really reassured me and I had full trust buying this car without seeing it and I am beyond in love with it! Josh was just as excited on Friday when it arrived and he even came to pick me up to collect it! Thank you so much Josh and the rest of the team for everything! We’ve already decided that even if it’s in another 10 years, we will be back in touch to have another car from you and the team
