This is my 4th car from autozone. Land rover discovery and service was great from Lewis and Ryan. When deposit was delayed by my bank I got no hassle just checking and they held car for me for 3 weeks without question. Loving the car and service all round was amazing ty

Car was booked in for repairs we live over an hour drive away called next day to see if work done to be told it not even been looked at yet and wont be for days why book a car in when u cant do the work that day 2 hours driving back and forth and had to borrow a car to get back home in off someone else lot of wasted time and fuel should of told us it wasnt going to be done before we brought it in …also the repairs what are needed should have been sorted before we bought it from you this car has not been checked properly before sale

Excellent service , over the moon with my new car , all staff very knowledgeable and experienced.

Avoid at all costs . I had a car 28th august . All parts for Mot was done so they said !!

Picked car up all fine.

10th of september the clutch got stuck and i couldn’t change gear . had to get it recovered . spoke to someone after trying to ring for days to be told to take it to a garage near me but they give you ones to to go to . Not one garage would do it as auto zone don’t answer me to pay . We fixed the issue even though it was under warranty . no reply still to them it’s broke still . Now only February the car is broke again . but guess what not under warranty .
some of there employee got sacked and kept ringing me and ringing me telling me the car was fixed to last a while and went into detail . he could tell me what the car would start to do. Stuck paying it for a car and it’s not even lasted 5 months without issues

Also they get you to write a review while you are there waiting to pick up your car !!!

Fantastic service from Lee who went above and beyond to help me. Went in Sunday morning and drove away a few hours later, my only issue is one of my main bulbs has blown and trying to get in touch with after car is proving a little difficult

I had to travel from the Wirral to Barnsley
by train. The car I was interested in was everything that I had read in the advert.
The Staff I dealt with were very helpful and efficient.
I certainly recommend Autozone.

Shaun was out of this world polite professional listened sorted me out explained everything always asked if I understood everything. I've got a tyre indicator that's not working the mechanic checked it and ordered me another part which is booked in for the 25 March 2025. My car was spotless smelt absolutely beautiful. I will definitely advise people to use you service 101%
