Quility is as low as you can imagine. Forst order was "alright" but second is low. hoodies are not normale shape. are square. very thin. stitches are viseble straight away

You took my money and didn’t send the product.

I ordered my package a week ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I hope for an explanation?

This was my first time buying from Instagram and the design was great! There was a discount code so I was able to buy it with ease. If the quality of the shirt is good, I'd like to buy it again!

Do you want to be constantly spammed in your email? Just ask Autumnook a question about a product, and from that point onward, your email will be flooded with spam from their company. Asking them to remove your email from their list will be useless. I regret ever asking them a simple question.

This is my first time placing an order with you. I was somewhat hesitant at first because I have had some very bad experiences before with other companies (where the product received was of very poor quality and had no resemblance whatsoever with the product offered … )… anyway, I really hope this will be a totally different experience and the beginning of a fun working relationship with you !

Super Site les produits sont fun plus qu’à attendre la réception pour voir si la qualité est excellente. En tout cas le prix est correct.

De stof is niet wat het moet zijn…zien er erg goedkoop uit voor wat je ervoor betaald!!
De maten kloppen helemaal niet, ik heb 4 x l besteld en mijn zus die maar maat 40 draagt passen ze maar net! Ook zit er geen retourbon bij het pakketje!
Erg jammer want de site ziet er prachtig uit

My 2 shirts and jumper turned up today in Brisbane, the quality of the products are terrible, it has taken 7 weeks to receive them, the screen printing is all faulty and quality of the material is shit house , don’t buy anything from Autumnook it’s a big scam

I bought 1 item .
Horrified by the quality I returned it… not easy but I persevered.

I receive daily emails and press unsubscribe every day but they keep coming !!

Easy to understand and for transactions

The quality is poor and I dont stop receiving emails from them. It is also impossible to unsucscribe from their emails!

SCAM & FRAUD
This is fraud and an unlawful act.
They sell products that are completely different in quality and workmanship from those that show their website and on Facebook & Instagram and all social media.

When I asekd for immediate refund for both orders and send information regarding the return of both products that are not in accordance with the order & I am not satisfied with, because they are not in accordance with the ones I ordered I get few emails with propose 10,15 or 18 USD - just to keep those sh..

Every time I was asnwering that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OTHER SOLUTION.

Of course cost of shipping back to CHINA - becuse it's a CHINA SCAN company with no registry, is very high, so they are just prey on your wallet hoping that you won't want to return the product due to the high cost. One big scam.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shirt on October 20 and they did not arrive until January 14, when I expected it to arrive because it was written that it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. The sweatshirt is not the same as in the photo. I ordered it in gray and it came in white and it was all dirty. The material from which it is made is not suitable for anything, and after the first wash there are problems with it. The T-shirt looks as if someone simply sewed two rags together and made room for the head. I do not recommend I do not recommend it again I do not recommend it.

Even though they say the packages do not go through customs, my package got stuck there and the money I had to pay to get it was too much. I tried to claim a refund, but after several back and forth emails saying the refund was on its way, finally I got a message saying that the refund period was overdue, and that no refund was going to be issued. They are a SCAM.
