Got the shorts I ordered but they are too big, have emailed 6 times to ask for an exchange and not had any reply at all. If you are ordering from here better get it right first time as there is clearly no 2nd chance. I am now the proud owner of two pairs of shorts I cant wear

The sweat suit is a bit lighter than I expected, but the quality is still good. The print looks sharp too - hoping it holds up well!

This is my new favorite sweat suit! It's so damn comfy and I've already gotten a bunch of compliments. Honestly just love it!

Shipping took a few days longer than expected, but the sweat suit finally arrived. It's crisp, clean, and looks exactly like the pictures!

Got mine i love the tank, also copped a zip up hoodie, I just wish the print was on the front and back, but still some fire merch, good quality material as well

Company has not sent my order in over 2 months. In a generic emails asked for my address like they couldn’t figure that out with my tracking number.
Said they would send me new tracking and new order because it was “lost.”
Crickets ever since.
This company is a scam. Be warned.

I ordered 4 shirts all same size. 3 came in perfect, 1 had a tag that said the correct size but was instead about 4 sizes smaller. I've tried to reach out but their contact us email doesn't work. I would have given them a 5* but since all their ways of contacting them is fake.

I ordered multiple items from Ranbybox, carefully checking their detailed size chart. When the order arrived, the sizes were completely wrong — way smaller than advertised. For example, their "XL" was closer to a small-medium by any standard (Bust 100cm and Length 65cm instead of the advertised Bust 114cm and Length 76cm).

When I raised the issue, their response?

Blame the customer ("We have a detailed size chart for each item").

Offer a 15% refund — meaning I pay 85% for completely wrong items.

Suggest I keep the items that don't fit instead of sending a replacement or issuing a proper refund.

Their customer service is patronizing, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their false advertising.
No solution offered except insulting discounts for their own mistake.

If you value your money, DO NOT BUY FROM RANBYBOX.
Inaccurate product descriptions + terrible customer service = total scam.

i got all the shirts in the right size i ordered.
also they sent an email abput shipping status which was nice.

but the shirts were sent straight from china and i thought i ordered from an american brand (as far as they introduce themselves on their website). that was dissappointing.
concering the fact, that it seems to be a chines company, ~25$ per shirt is too much.

i feel like they are scammers but at least i got my shirts (it took them about 3-4 weeks to ship them)

also all shirts are 50% cotton and 50% polyester. on their website it says 100% organic cotton… meh

Terrible Chinese scam company. Takes weeks for a shipment notification, and weeks again for shipment. Product is not tailored to size like normal clothing you buy in store. When attempting to exchange to another size, the company ghosted all my responses. DONT BUY FROM THESE PPL.

I would give less if possible. The shorts and legging didn’t even fit. The hoodie is just made out of tshirt material. Not worth your money. Slow to respond to email and won’t give refunds. Big Scam

I recently received an unmarked package to my door, and couldn't remember what I order, or if it was a gift sent to me. It was randybox, from whom I order clothes from almost 2 months ago. Never got a confirmation email or tracking number. Their return policy is to email them, but their email is blocked by Google, and returns can only be processed within 30 days of receiving the products. No tracking number or confirmation, so no return. The online form of contact that somewhat works is their Facebook, but it took 3 days for a response, and it wasn't even a helpful one. I will be submitting a BBB review as well. This is unacceptable .

Side note. None of the clothes I received are the correct sizes

Ordered on October 5th week later I had no email confirming shipping. Reached out, and it took days for a reply. Was told it was peak season (it's October) and that they would take a little longer to ship. Week later reached back out and after another day got a response stating that they had two out three of my order. They would ship when shirt was ready. Told them to ship whatever was available next day and then refund what wasn't shipped. No response since and am currently filling a refund. Gotta be a Chinese or a drop ship operation. Poor communication and even worse execution

Order a hoodie, wrong color came. Refused exchange, or refund. Ignored by email. Do not buy anything from this company.
