Thank you for allowing me to review the order. I’ve given 4 stars, as there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.

I would have appreciated a clearer understanding of the offering before placing the order. There were no detailed descriptions provided, and a prior discussion would have helped set expectations around what would be produced. For example, I ordered a mixed selection of miniature viennoiseries, but only two types were included. Similarly, while I received a mix of mini tartlets, some items were not actually mini. It would have been helpful to know in advance the exact assortment I would be receiving.

That said, all of the items were delicious, beautifully presented, and very well received.

I had also requested a 9am collection due to a tight schedule, but unfortunately the order was not ready at that time. In addition, some of the viennoiseries had not been fully defrosted.

Finally, more proactive verbal communication upon arrival in the shop would improve the overall service experience.

Overall, a high-quality product, but clearer communication and better coordination would make a significant difference.

The cake was delicious!

Great location, food and service!

This time the response was a bit slow maybe too busy but the cake is worthy of any small delays î getting again the same cake on Friday . My son and I cannot wait

I have been trying for ages a shop that makes bread exactly as the french do. Baked in hammersmith and driven to grays inn road, tastes exceptional. Known as Batard ou Pain de Campagne.

Amazing service and quality of product. They went above and beyond to correct a human error during the order stage. How a business reacts to a problem is a real measure of who they are. They did everything they possibly could and saved the day. They have our future business for certain.

I always seek out French style patisserie when I visit London, and this is a great place to find it. All very well presented, with great taste and textures. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

This is the most authentic French bakery and pastry shop in London. Outstanding yule logs. Go there whenever I can though living 90 minutes away.

We ordered Apricot tarts (with a puff pastry base) for a birthday party, as they are our favourite. They were as delicious as ever, and available to collect as promised. All just as hoped. Thanks
