Great doughnuts, delivery straightforward and good reheated for at least 3 days afterwards!

I absolutely love these doughnuts. Being coeliac and not having eaten doughnuts for over 8 years, these were a delight.

Shipping is quick and the doughnuts arrive in untouched condition. Follow the instructions for reheating and you get the perfect doughnut.

Not the cheapest but definitely the worthiest

Customer service was extremely helpful even before I ordered the doughnuts. Fast delivery and well made!

Not too bad considering we ordered to deliver. Some great and helpful instructions on how to freshen up the doughnuts after delivery . Went down a treat for the gluten free nut free family member ! Will be sure to visit when we come to London . I bet they are amazing fresh from the store . Thank you for being an inclusive bakery - difficult to find this kind of quality nationally.

After trying these last year in Selfridges on Oxford St we were super impressed by how delicious these donuts were. My husband is celiac (I’m not) but these were as good as gluten containing donuts. The fried ring donuts especially taste just like those delicious fried donuts we’d get as kids from a food van, super nostalgic. We ordered them this time as we’re based up north, and after following the heating instructions, they were just as good as buying from the kiosk.
We rave about these to anyone who will listen. Keep doing what you’re doing!

These doughnuts are amazing both my daughter and I are coeliac and love these. The doughnuts are big and very filling my daughter particularly loved the cookies and cream and I loved the jam doughnut will definitely be ordering more soon

Best gluten free donuts ever! So helpful, I got the best of mix but emailed them to swap some of the donuts out and it was no problem. The donuts are great, can be frozen to keep.

Lovely idea but not sure works too well with delivery and re heating, as wasn’t what I was expecting taste wise. Felt very dense and not as fresh.

Excellent product. I mean really the best gluten free doughnuts you could buy anywhere.

However the incessant, nagging emails post sale, demanding this review mark the whole experience down.

Seriously, a daily email for weeks and weeks I don't generally leave reviews for anything but the most exceptional service. But you goaded me into a mediocre review for a brilliant product simply because you just would not stop nagging.

Having reviewed the images, the doughnuts appear to be in good condition and consistent with how our doughnuts are expected to look on delivery. As these are freshly fried doughnuts, it’s completely normal for sugar to slightly dissolve or absorb into the surface during transit this is not a defect, but a characteristic of the product.

I’d also like to clarify the point regarding sugar sachets. We do not provide sugar sachets with our boxes, and this has never been part of our offering hence why we contacted you directly straight after the chat bot provided the information to you and have contacted the chat bot service provider to make sure this is rectified as it continues to learn about our service.

Our reheating notes reference re-rolling in sugar is purely an optional serving suggestion for customers who enjoy extra coating it is not an indication that additional sugar is included or required for the product to be considered complete or as described.

Based on the images provided, we’re satisfied that the doughnuts were produced and delivered in line with our standards and description. As previously explained, we’re unable to arrange collection of food items once delivered but I would be happy to offer 20% off your next order should you be interested in ordering again with us in the future.

The offer of 2 donuts from Selfridges if I was visiting London is a complete cop out- if you can offer this why not do the decent thing and refund the poor quality product you sent! And getting my name wrong just to be obtuse is a low blow and shows what a donut hole this chap is!

Update: so I sent in photos as per B22s terms and have been told that just by looking at the photo they can tell the quality is fine and nothing is wrong; therefore they won’t be refunding, but I can have 20% off my next order! Needless to say I’ll be raising this with my bank. If ppl are buying from Selfridges and the quality is poor then B22, something is not right and you are ripping ppl off! Don’t fall for the hyped ads on social media for B22 and save yourself £30 on inedibles!

Excitedly ordered these a few days ago and the earliest delivery was today.. great! Firstly noted that it was Royal Mail delivering which was strange and a bit annoying as I hadn’t planned on working from home today & RM aren’t great at delivering to my apartment building spoke with B22’s chat bot & all seemed well- they’d leave with a neighbour.
I happened to be home when they arrived DPD delivery? Not expected but great!
Open the donuts to take a look and firstly they are frozen hard in a mixed box and you have no real idea what any of the filled ones are as there is nothing in or on the box to indicate it. Oh and apparently the caster sugar sachet that Chat bot tells you is included for after heating.. nope according to B22’s Ryan the sugar coated donuts or the jam donuts or ring donuts, well the sugar is just a serving suggestion! £30 for six donuts and B22 are too tight to include the sugar they told their chat bot they would or even add a little menu card identifying which flavour is which.
So the chocolate filling had leaked out of one of the donuts so was a giveaway for the flavour - heated as per instructions in the air fryer- pleasant enough. Heated the barely glazed donut in the microwave as per instructions- it was disgusting- gungey, and claggy with a weird texture.

Emailed customer service to be told the chat bot gives the wrong info- no sugar sachet included it’s just a suggestion- really!🤔 C’mon on you can do better B22!

At £30 I’d expect better customer service and a better product. Hopefully they serve a better option in Selfridges than they do mail order. I’ve requested a collection of the remaining donuts and a refund. Definitely not worth the hype.
