Lucas Price was very efficient and helpful. I thought I’d be stuck on the phone for 20 minutes plus. He was able to assist in no time at all. Total time from dialing to hanging up was roughly 2 minutes.

My policy was up for renewal and I had a question so I called and was happy to have a staff member answer right away and he was able to address the question and even give some insight to the application process. He asked if I was satisfied with the answer and if I had any concerns and made me feel like a valuable customer.
