Overall the Avenlur Cherry 5-in-1 Wooden Indoor Climber is a pretty good product and my 1 year old loves it! I did find the instructions for the to be a bit unclear. Specifically for the upper play area where I had it 180 degrees out and had to reach out to customer service thinking it was cut wrong. Jasmine was super helpful and patient with me. She even got me an illustration to help clear up the mistake. My only other gripes are that I think the rock hardware should have came with plastic or rubber caps. I also found the rope ladder to be tedious and a bit irritating to put together, but overall it was worth the time and like I said my son absolutely loves it!

I really can’t say enough about how much I admire this company! Not only is their product beautifully made and designed, but their customer service is second to none. I recently had a delivery situation of my own making that Jasmine deftly handled and saved me hours of inconvenience. I had called quite late in the day on a Friday to see if there was any chance of rerouting my delivery, but didn’t leave a message because of the hour and the assumption that the company was closed for the weekend. Jasmine took the initiative to return my call, even though I hadn’t left a message to see if there was a question she could help with. Not only was I impressed with that, but she took the time and effort to reroute my order that had already been shipped, saving me not only time but great effort. So thank you, Jasmine and Avenlur for another great experience with your company! Truly, the best!

Myla made everything so easy! She’s great.

I spoke with Myla about a question I had and she was so helpful. They have a great customer support as well as the product itself. Since the first day we installed the ladder jungle gym, my toddler would spend hours playing with it and really enjoys it! The quality is great and the wood parts are all well sanded so I didn't have to worry about my baby getting a splinter from using wood product.

I just ordered an Avenlur swingset and found I accidentally shipped to my home in Michigan rather than to my grandchildren in California -- yikes! Customer service chat agent Myla was able to solve my problem calmly and quickly, stating she was able to re-direct the shipment. I am so relieved and also impressed with the level of kind professionalism Myla exhibited. Makes me confident in this company and looking forward to seeing my adorable twin grandbabies play on the playset for years to come! Thanks, Myla!

Excellent customer service - I had an error in my order and they made the remedy using the online chat quicker than my email could reload on my phone. Excited for the item to be delivered.

I had ordered a product which I thought would fit in my space but then on measuring again wasn't going to. I called and spoke with Myla who walked me through remeasuring everything. Even though the first product had shipped, she was able to reroute it back to the facility and send the new product without me having to do anything. Would really recommend this company as they value customer service.

First time we ordered from Avenlur. There products are very nice ,sturdy and baby proof. They are made of best quality material. The customer service is great. I talked to one of them named Mayla and she is so awesome and helpful. She provides me great customer support and help me alot to figure out my return options. I purchased a playmat and noticed when I opened it that the stitching of the rug was ripped. Messaged customer service and they were very quick to replace the mat! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. So thankful for their amazing customer support team.

I have been an avid customer since my boy was little. I recently just purchased the picnic table, mud kitchen and water table— excellent products! The customer service namely Myla— superb! Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Love our pikler triangle with the ramp/ladder! Have had it for years with 4 little kids and they use it every single day. They are so active and it has held up impressively well. We had one issue and customer service was quick to make it right and so friendly!! Very impressed with this company and their products!

A total win for our multi-age classroom! We have kiddos from 1 to 5 years old using this daily, and it’s holding up beautifully. Assembly was a breeze, and the build quality is top-notch. It’s incredibly versatile—the swing is at a safe, accessible height, and the climbing features are designed so teachers can easily assist. If you need something that packs a ton of play value into one footprint and keeps every age group engaged, this is it!

I have to start by saying I never write negative reviews but as this is such an expensive product and the customer service response is the worst I have ever seen, I want to save other parents the headache.

I purchased the spruce swing for my baby. On her second swing she had an accident and it needed to be washed. Unfortunately, the cushion ripped open in the washer. I figured since there is a 5 year breakage warranty- which is advertised on the website- it should be an easy fix.

When I contacted customer service they asked for a picture of the cushion, which I sent. Upon receiving the picture they told me to stitch it back together myself and offered me a 20% discount because “the cushion should not be washed”. This was also confusing to me as one of the first things I looked for when ordering is that it’s washable — especially knowing that motion helps get things moving (💩 IYKYK ).

I double checked and sure enough it’s advertised as a washable fabric and I also double checked the 5 year breakage warranty. So I also double checked the care instructions on the seat and no where on the cushion or seat does it say do not wash.

So I reached back out to clarify how I was supposed to know about the cushion not being washable and also to figure out what is included in the 5 year breakage warranty if a broken cushion does not. I have yet to receive another email and it has been over 10 business days since their last reply. They had been rather responsive (every 2 or 3 days prior to this).

DO NOT trust this company. I am not even going to waste another moment explaining it all but it is not worth the risk.

I received the Sycamore outdoor play set from a friend and the swing set was missing a few parts, including the Hawthorn slide. The slide was listed as out of stock online, but Jasmine assisted me by calling the warehouse and was able to locate 1 slide they had remaining in back stock that she was able to sell to me. Included with the order, she added all the missing hardware (screws and bolts) so we could complete the swing set. I was so pleased with the level of customer service and couldn’t be happier with how Jasmine handled my issue! Best part is that my kids love the swing set and it looks amazing in the backyard!
