This was my 2nd e-bike after the motor on my first one (not an Aventon) failed after 4 years and no replacement was available. My 2 year old Aventon Pace 500 ran well until the motor failed at about 2k miles. Wheel/motor replacement cost is not expensive, but I had to find a new gear cluster removal tool. I think that motor failure after 2k miles is disappointing since I am relatively light and don't ride on hills. Customer service was responsive and part delivery fast.

Great product but bad instructions and difficult installation..
The shock absorbing post is great; however, the installation was difficult. The instructions were very poor and partially written in German. I had to use a pry bar to separate my seat rods to connect the post.
