Poor communication, poor maintenance practices
I previously lived in a building managed by Avon. Communication from their side is incredibly poor. Calling reception is never helpful as it seems the relevant people are rarely in the office and others are unable to help. Also seems the staff do not communicate with eachother so you need to explain things to multiple people. Rent increases not communicated in a timely manner. Maintenance issues are on the whole dealt with (some exceptions) but the lack of communication makes it a very chaotic process. Building is not maintained to a good standard and led to regular parcel thefts and unhygienic conditions.
