Unfortunately, my experience with First Mallorca is not satisfactory; with no respect, ended badly, like other’s people.

At the mean time, I am responding to the rude message written by Mr David Woolley with who I have never dealt with you.
Many people known about your struggle story as a bad experienced with the company, so sorry, the truth it was due your strategy to numerous changes in offers and prices.
The owner was not satisfied with your strategies applied and the approach taken by your agent, Adele.

All decision to end any operations are made directly by owners and the director.

Never ever use this company, they have corrupt agents. Especially one named Celine Predino

I am gaining experiences and learning continuously. I share here my personal experience in order to help others not to face the same problems.
- since 25 March, 2022 I want to rent a property in Mallorca. Sent several advertisements of First Mallorca to an agent of First Mallorca. NEVER received any opportunity to see any of them. There were so many excuses... luckily I could see some of them with other real estate companies (with no excuses).
- I phoned the office on 8 May, 2023 to ask for another agent. Explained my problems to 3 different people. Promised to call me back. NEVER happened.
- on 14 May, 2023 I wrote an email to their email address with all above information. NEVER received an answer.
- on 23 May, 2023 I wrote an email to the owner with the summary of the above. NEVER received an answer.
They do not mind their potential customers at all (only if they can earn tremendous money). They do not care about 10-20.000 euro to earn.
PS: I also wrote the owner that my last email will be the one I have written to him, afterwards I share my story.
