Excellent product. Customer service was a dream; understanding, accommodating, efficient. Outstanding experience overall.

This company is horrible to deal with. I have 21 emails back and forth just trying to make a return due to wrong size and get a refund! 2 months later...after shipping it back to the address they gave me and supplying them with the tracking number, I still have no refund!!! They did verify that they received it 2 days after I shipped it. Every email they tell me it will be just a FEW MORE DAYS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

First of all, I would like to emphasize the deceptive refund policy of this company: You practically cannot return the defective product as they say that all blemishes, including torn edges, unfinished edges, torn edges in the hole for the hidden bra, and extremely low quality of the fabric) do not qualify for prepaid return label. Secondly, please be advised that the sizing is very wrong: the M size might not fit a regular S/M-size person. My recommendation, not to trust this company!

Sent my email regarding a mistake on my shipping address and was responded to immediately letting me know that the error had been corrected and if I needed anything else to let them know.

I've been reading about these Auvlea tank tops and they are even better than the advertisements. They are well made with finished edges, soft material, good colors, and well fitting. I initially had a little difficulty with sizing as I have recently lost some weight an went to a name brand bra store for sizing. The Avulea tank top felt a little too tight for me and Margaret from Avulea Support was very helpful with sizing information and promptly send me replacements.
I must admit that Avulea is more comfortable and better fitting than the much more expensive name brand bra. I will buying more.

I ordered 3 tops from Avila. They are too big and I emailed customer service right away. The response was timely and I get to try a smaller size. I hope it works out!
They stand by their product and make it easy to exchange for a different size.

I made two mistakes in my interactions with your company: 1. If I would have read your return policy beforehand, I would never have ordered anything. 2. I accepted your offer of reimbursing me for 1/2 of what I paid for products that didn't work for me (and at least one of which was torn). I should have paid to send them back and asked for a full refund. Margaret was very pleasant and professional but is left with defending a policy that is grossly unfair. To say the least, I am very disappointed.

My concerns were not only listened to but they went over and above to provide me with a proper fit at no further charge.

My initial order did not fit. Avulea was prompt and courteous dealing with my exchange. Great customer service. And the product is great; soft, comfortable.

I received the incorrect size and without any hesitation customer support ordered the correct size and an apology was made. I usually prefer to speak directly with a support team member, but their online rep was wonderful. Great customer service. Thank you.

Avoid this company unless you can tollerate poor construction, inaccurate colors, padding that shifts and is completely unattached to the garment, and paying the return postage. In my case it was $16.19. So much for the "no hassle, easy returns, full refund" guarantee.

I’m a breast cancer survivor and have been looking for something long enough that will stay down and not roll up and also be able to add in breast form on one side.

I received patience and lots of help getting my order corrected. I appreciated the time it took for the extra help. I will be receiving the correct size!

At a youthful 81, I am fed up with the discomforts associated with wearing bras, so when I learned about the tank bra, I ordered several in the size indicated by the size chart. However, when my order arrived, the tanks were too large, since the sizes listed on the website pertained to EU sizes, not American sizes.

I contacted customer support about this right away and was treated wonderfully by Margaret White, who was sympathetic to my situation and quickly arranged for the correct sized tanks to be sent to me.

Happily, the replacement tank bras arrived without incident, and they fit me well. I wear them daily and can honestly say that these tanks are so much more comfortable than any bra could ever be. I can wear them all day with no discomfort and they are supportive, without being constrictive. I really love them and highly recommend them to anyone who's fed up with the discomfort caused by bras. Kudos to Margaret and to Avulea for their excellent customer service.

I ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and was very pleased to get a very quick response from Margaret. Pleased to say that my items are being replaced very quickly.

The products are comfortable and look great!
2 pieces came in a smaller size which were replaced free of charge, so I was able to donate them to a charity for abused women.
Customer service was fast, friendly and professional.
