Rob helped from start to finish
Rob helped from start to finish! As I don’t like making phone calls he provided me a link to pay on line each time kept me informed of due date.. which was a big help as forget everything 🤣🤣 I have kept his number for the future as he was a huge help in all this thanks Rob

Shocking Customer Service
Booked a holiday to the JA Resort in Dubai for June 2026. Before I booked, I called and spoke to Ethan to find out if the all- inclusive package included the different restaurants. Ethan then sent me the details of the AI through email which was the full package. I then called and booked with Mason. A friend did then suggest that I double check as she had contacted other travel agents to find that their AI only included the buffet restaurants. I called and spoke to someone who was very short with me when I explained my situation! He put me through to Mason who told me the AI was basic and that I had booked with him and the fact that it was basic was in the terms and conditions. He was extremely rude to me. I was told the holiday was non refundable and it couldn’t be changed. I asked to be put through to complaints and he gave me 3 timescales of when they would get back to me - 15 mins, half an hour and an hour!! He did call later to tell me that the AI was not basic. However I received no apology. I will enjoy my holiday but will never book with Away Holidays again. I also relayed this story to a friend who was considering booking. A big customer service training course is required. Booking reference 79812

First experience booking with Away…
First experience booking with Away Holidays and no complaints. Holiday request and support provided promptly by Jeremy and all booked really easily! Mostly done over email but great customer service by phone as well! Hopefully the holiday itself is a great experience too!

Jeremy from away holidays was amazing! So patient whilst I changed my mind on the hotel 4 times and so helpful with the entire process. Have never had such good service when booking a holiday before. Will absolutely use Jeremy again and again!

Brooklyn is great I’ve been booking with him for 4 years now he always has the best deals and matches any price given- highly recommend Brooklyn he always responds straight away via email/call unlike other agents you have to chase.

Cannot thank Brooklyn enough for efforts in organising our holiday. He was excellent in his advise and his patience trying to get us a holiday for 4 adults with different expectations wasn’t easy but he persisted and finally came up with a holiday we were all happy with.
