Card collecting hobby is very different from the past nowadays, where loads and loads of scalpers do not care about the products themselves but just buy low sell high in short period. It is super lucky that we have game shop like Axis Gaming who arranges different ways for real collectors to have a chance to purchase products at original retail prices for personal collections. I highly respect and recommend Axis's heart on this hobby, not to mention on its high quality of services (speedy post, secure packaging, you name it). Thank you Axis.

My order arrived very quickly but had unfortunately become open during transit, meaning 1 of the items had fallen out. I messaged on Facebook regarding this and was sent out a replacement straight away! Would highly recommend Axis Gaming.

Sent me a damaged item. They asked if the packaging was damaged too, I informed them it was not. They then tried to claim I'd be responsible for return postage (their policies do not trump UK Consumer Rights laws). Then went mysteriously silent when I pointed this out. (My reply was on Weds and it's now Sun.)

Wish I didn't have to leave this feedback, but don't have much choice at this point.

Ships out really quickly, the packaging used fits through my letterbox which is a really great bonus to me as I don't have to wait at home. I really like that steps are being taken to combat bots, and that there are order limits to stop people buying out all the stock. Great communication.

I've used Axis a few times now and cannot fault them. Amazing pre-order service. Products arrived on release date via Royal Mail. Kept up to date with delivery notifications all the way through. Great discount on product that is extremely hard to beat! Would highly recommend.

Great family run company, always fair and honest when it comes to new Pokemon releases. They're making sure product gets into the hands of the collectors and not resellers, which I fully support.
