Ordered 2 art work sets for journey together and 1 set of destined rivals. Very good pricing, considering today's horrendous market.

The cards had warped on the first box i bought nearly all the cards was warped did get some good pulls though, haven't opened the second box i bought hopefully not warped

I’ve bought a lot of products from this website and company through multiple platforms. I have never had any issues with the company directly, and even when the delivery companies have failed to provide a good service, collectors kingdom always goes above and beyond to make sure there is a quick resolution to the issue and helped me in anyway possible. This is the most genuine company I’ve ever experienced especially in the TCG community with a lot of companies focused on profit whereas this company truly cares about customer satisfaction and a quality service at a reasonable price so everyone can enjoy the hobby.

Ordered an item which was marked as delivered to a safe place, but no safe place was authorised and the parcel was never received. I contacted the seller promptly to explain this and asked for clarity on what was happening.
Unfortunately, I was not given a clear timeframe or resolution and communication became difficult. After 12 days of back forth emails and without the goods or a refund, I had to recover the payment via my bank.
Disappointing experience overall.
