I had tickets for Hot wheels monster trucks for the Saturday evening, I got these at a presale many months ago. To treat my grandson so we both could enjoy the evening together.

Unfortunately my family friends sons wedding is going to be on the same evening.

Thanks to Jake exchanging my tickets the Sunday evening I can now attend the wedding on that Saturday and go out with my grandson on Sunday.

Saj was great today, making timely responses and giving me clear instructions as to what I should do next to access the app.
I have given all of the stars for this reason but I must say that the difficulty in working out how to get support was immense. It is not helpful to give opening times for the support desk without giving a telephone or email contact.

Krissy was excellent, solved the issue immediately without any issue!

I purchased my tickets using a email I don’t normally use, this lead me to not be able to find my tickets. After much stressing out and alot of crap advice from the FAQ I got into a live chat with Bailey. Within 10 minutes he had found the correct account and merged them with the email I needed/wanted

The agent Kat I spoke to was able to sort my issue really quickly. She understood exactly what the issue was and resolved it for me with a quick and easy explanation on what to do.

Farren was so helpful when it came to exchanging my tickets due to an operation I have scheduled. I couldn’t thank them enough!

Im frustrated that i'm being made to get another app on my phone, with another login etc just to get my tickets. I just want to download my tickets to my wallet - don't need an another app for this. But this isn't AXS fault.

When i did sign up to the app i did it wrong and couldn't see my tickets. Took 3-4 days just for a reply via email and then it wasn't the answer i was looking for.
It was much easier to chat to an agent on the chat function via the website than wait for an email. All was resolved in less than 15 minutes.
