Saj was great today, making timely responses and giving me clear instructions as to what I should do next to access the app.
I have given all of the stars for this reason but I must say that the difficulty in working out how to get support was immense. It is not helpful to give opening times for the support desk without giving a telephone or email contact.

I received the wrong item.
I assume it was from them as my order has not arrived.

Dariusz Witte was very polite and friendly when collecting my donations.

The new person delivering is very polite, friendly and thoughtful. He actually waits for me to get to the door unlike some.

The driver dropped the parcel on my doorstep and went off at speed without waiting any time at all for me to answer. I was right next to the door so he did not wait at all. The parcel was in full view of any passer by. This is not good enough.

The delivery lady handed me my parcel and without my permission, took a photo which I believe had my face in it. She walked off when I tried to ask. Totally against GDPR

I have purchased a number of items from three separate sales via Chicmi. I have been delighted with my purchases and the great customer services, every time. The Chicmi team are really approachable and responsive and seem to really care about their customers. I’m so glad I found Chicmi!

Great service. The driver forgot to collect the item but apologised and collected the following day. It was fine. It was delivered to me as arranged and the driver was very helpful and polite. I would use this ervice again.
