Order not even dispatched after 16 days
Placed an order on 5th September and it's now 21st with no sign of the order. The checkout delivery option said 2-5 days.
I emailed them 13th September and after an initial AI response, a person replied on Sep 14th, they apologised, said there had been a huge backlog and it would be with me as soon as possible and that I would get an email notifying me of dispatch. It's now 21st and I still don't even have a dispatch email, 16 days after ordering.
Either this company is a scam, or incompetent/ over-committed but either way it's not good when dealing with medications that people need. I will be emailing for a refund and going through the hassle of another pharmacy which is very frustrating to do the whole consultation process and need to wait another week. But at least I know I'll get the goods at the end of it. If they don't refund I will be going via my bank.

Poor service, do not buy from here
I had ordered an item on 18 August and didnât receive it. So I followed up with the company who said they had a big backlog to get through which was why there was a delay. After a few days without getting the item, I sent another email and was then told that they could not deliver it as it was out of stock and that they would provide me with a refund. Now one month later, I have not received the refund either and am constantly following up with them for it.

I was sent the wrong item,va cheap generic of what I ordered and customer service told me to send it back for a refund. The free postage label sent via email only opened as a blank page and when I asked about it I was resent the same pdf with the same issue. So I ended up paying for an item I didn't order and worse I was sent a cheap generic drug when I paid full price for a branded product.
