Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Couldn't send what I had ordered as it wasn't in stock. Didn't ask if I wanted the substitute, just sent it. If it wasn't in stock then the order shouldn't have gone through. Had to go through all the effort of contacting and organising to return before eventually getting a refund, all of which could of been avoided with better communication. Quite disappointed as a first time customer.

Excellent service straightforward…
Excellent service straightforward assessment questions and once filled in no long delay in waiting for reply. And delivery was next what I found brilliant no waiting for a few days I would recommend AYP and will buy again in near future.

A company that learns from past experiences
I have had problems in the past with deliveries of this particular item which is produced in somewhat fragile glass bottles which have been known to break in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.
The company seem to have learnt from the experience, and the consignment arrived well packaged with nothing broken.

Delivery was supposed to be 2 to 5 days which I paid premium price for. 8 days later it finally arrived at which point id gone to a street pharmacy and paid double . It would have arrived quicker with a syamp

Massive delays
Normally have a really positive experience with AYP but recently things have just gone downhill, i'm not sure if there's a backlog but i've been chasing my delivery for 2 weeks now, theyre the only supplier which requires a new consultation every time I purchase which is fine but there are so many delays with them right now, id just avoid it
Editing this to say it's even worse, i requested a delivery address change 3 times, which they confirmed, its now been delivered to the incorrect address. Tried calling to complain and the hold line cut me off before i could speak to someone
