My air source heat pump system was not the best quality install, the hand over took five minutes, no manuals were provided and once the guarantee was up the firm abandoned me. Therefore I'm so pleased I found Ayr Source One to service my system, Ian is the consummate professional and a very friendly and reliable one at that. He turned up when he said he would, which is not a given around here, and answered all of my questions thoroughly but without the jargon. Everything was checked as he said it would be and he tweaked some of the settings to enable the best and most economical running of the heat pump.

Ian has provided a fantastic service and really put my mind at rest. He carried out a very thorough service of our heat pump and water cylinder system. Access was blocked to the cylinder and he sorted that issue out for me also. He has now got the system running at its most economical settings without compromising our warmth or water temperature and all set for the winter. Ian is so knowledgable and experienced, and his honest and reliable service has refreshed my faith in contractors, many of whom take no pride at all in their work. The price was also extremely satisfactory. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend Ayr Source One Ltd.

From start to finish I can't speak highly enough of the service , the experience, the knowledge. A great , honest service at a very reasonable price. My house has never been warmer and my electricity bills been so low . What they don't know is not worth knowing.

Can't praise this company enough the man who came to service my air source pump was on time friendly ,polite and very knowledgeable he took time to explain how things work what's the best setting and is coming back in the winter to make sure its working efficiently highly recommend them

Excellent communication between Ian and new customer. Also phoned to give arrival times. ASO is a family led company with a personal touch. Ian explained in laypersons terms about the heat pump system. Ian is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and a perfectionist, aiming to get the absolute best and most economical results possible from the system. Charges are clear, and extremely reasonable especially considering that this, in our case, meant two return visits out of hours that was included. I would highly recommend Ian and his company.

Fantastic Service. Ian went above and beyond to help repair my mum’s boiler at very short notice. The issue started at a weekend and nothing seemed to be a bother. The job was difficult and he didn’t stop until he had a successful outcome and the boiler was up and running again. Would 100% recommend Ayr Source One Ltd.

I recently had my boiler replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ian arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard.

The installation was neat and tidy, and Ian made sure everything was fully tested before leaving, he also took the time to walk me through how the new system works and answered all of my questions.
