I had surgery for my upper eyelid and under-eye bags two months ago. I want to thank Dr.Ayse for everything since the first day we met. She listened very carefully and provided very detailed information. She gave realistic and satisfying answers to my questions. She was clear and concise about what to expect. I felt at ease about the pre- and post-operative process. She was always by my side on this journey, which I embarked on with confidence. My hospital process went smoothly. It was very well organized. I would also like to thank her assistant. I followed Dr.Ayse’s instructions regarding on what to do after the operation. As a result, I have less bruising and swelling and smooth recovery. I always used the cream as a part of treatment. She also followed up after the operation. I am very happy with my appearance now. My facial expression hasn't changed, and I no longer look tired.

After multiple eye surgeries related to Graves' disease, I was left with lower eyelid retraction and asymmetry. By the time I met Dr. Ayşe, my case was quite complex, and I was understandably very anxious about having another surgery.

From the very first consultation, I felt heard. Dr. Ayşe took the time to answer every single question I had no matter how many there were, and never made me feel rushed. She was honest about what could realistically be achieved, explained the risks and limitations clearly, and never promised perfection. That honesty gave me a lot of confidence in her.

I ultimately underwent a lower eyelid reconstruction with a spacer graft and lateral canthoplasty and zplasty. I'm now almost two months post-op, and I'm genuinely so happy with the result. My lower eyelid has much better support, the symmetry has improved significantly, and, most importantly, my eye still looks natural.

What I appreciated most was her thoughtful approach. She clearly understood the challenges of operating on someone who had already undergone several previous surgeries, and I always felt that every decision was made carefully and with my best interests in mind.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ayşe to anyone, especially patients with complex Graves' eye disease or revision cases. Finding a surgeon you can genuinely trust is incredibly important, and that's exactly how I feel about Dr. Ayşe.

She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and set clear, honest expectations about what was achievable.she focused on what would look natural on me rather than suggesting anything artificial or overdone.The aftercare was really great too, she walked me through every step of the post-treatment care and answered any questions I had.I highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, during my recovery my mother was hospitalised and I had to leave Turkey earlier than planned. Dr Ayse was very understanding and kindly arranged an earlier appointment so my stitches could be removed before I left, which meant a lot during a stressful time. I was botched badly twice in Beverly Hills California, and both times Ayse was able to repair my badly retracted eyelids. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my eyes, she’s an angel!

I had lower eyelid retraction surgery in December after having a bad canthoplasty surgery at a different clinic. This time the doctor was actually good and managed to give me the perfect eyeshape.

She new exactly what to give me, i think because she has a lot of experience with lower lid retraction cases and repair cases in general.
