I had full facial rejuvenation surgery with Dr. Mehmet. I have been following him for about 2,5 years and watched all of his videos, studying his results and doing my own research across different platforms and surgeons. But the moment I had my first consultation with him, it was clear. He was my only choice and I am so glad I trusted that feeling. He was extremely open and transparent about everything.
Now, 8 months after surgery, I am so happy. The way I see myself in the mirror finally matches how I feel inside. I still look like myself (that was what I really wanted) but very well rested, energatic and even glowing. Together with the surgery, I had regenerative treatments and they made a noticeable difference in my skin.
Long strory short, this surgery changed my motivation towards life. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Dr. M and his team.

I have 2 plasti surgeries which was botched and Doctor Mehmet do not wish to correct them .He saying thinks like you know I want to help but in reallity he just do nothing to trully help with issues which I have problems with my eyelids suffering for 1,5 year of bulky grafts placed under lower eyelids and ptosis correction which ended with do not closing eyes fully by 4 mm Oculoplastic surgeon told me in uk.Granulomas on both eyelids from sutures left there..

I was very pleased with Dr Mehmet Cömert, and I am also very satisfied with all the other staff and the services provided. Everyone took excellent care of me from the very beginning to the end of my appointment. Not only did they provide all the information step by step and in detail, always in a timely manner, but they remained attentive and supportive even after my discharge. Thank you once again for everything!

I advise against visiting Dr. Comert. Although he appears very nice and kind during the consultation, he lacks the experience necessary to create a balanced and symmetrical face; he completely botched my face. Six months ago, I underwent a facelift, neck lift, brow lift, and blepharoplasty. Following the surgery, I experienced nerve damage on my right side and developed an infection in my eye. My experience has been a nightmare from the very beginning. I could not open my left eye for days, and despite informing the doctor that something was wrong, he dismissed my concerns, claiming it was just part of the healing process. They did not provide any assistance for my damaged nerve or my eye. I am still seeing my doctors back home to address these issues. Additionally, my left cheek has a deepening, and my eyes and brows are not symmetrical. My jawline showed no improvement at all. At 46 years old, I had hoped for a better outcome. Dr. Comert may be a reasonable option for older patients who do not prioritize a perfect jawline. He works with staff who are friendly but lack medical experience. Two months later, I pulled out a thread from my head. The hospital is located in a very loud and noisy area, making it feel as if I am sleeping outdoors. When I reached out to the doctor after returning home to express my concerns, he ignored my messages and never acknowledged them. My family was devastated when they saw my condition. I came across a similar review from another woman, poor thing I saw it after I booked my surgery. Just because his fees are high does not guarantee quality work. This has been a truly horrible and heartbreaking experience.

I had some feminising procedures done, including brow bone reduction, temporal brow lift, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty. I absolutely received the kindest and most competent care throughout the process.

All nurses and staff were compassionate and highly skilled. I was terrified for years of surgery as I often faint during venipuncture. But this team was so competent that I handled multiple such procedures with comfort and ease. In the hospital, staff were on hand immediately if I needed them. Nothing was too much trouble. In my hotel, questions and concerns during my recovery were addressed super fast, and again, nothing was considered to be a bother or too much trouble.

Dr. Mehmet Cömert has a wonderful personality, offering a balance of kindness and passionate knowledge of his profession. At every stage, I felt confident he was in control and knowledgeable. Yet I always felt ultimately in control of my journey and choices.

Honestly, the whole team is a big caring family. That's how it feels. For your time in Istanbul, you join them as one of the family and cared for as such.

I'm over the moon with the result, too. Everything turned out even better than I could have imagined. I had a preconceived idea of what a good result would look like. The actual result far exceeds what I hoped for in terms of aesthetics and technical execution.

From a practical point of view, everything you need is handled with professionalism. The kind team coordinated my journey perfectly, along with your wonderful driver handling all logistics with care and a friendly smile.

Fantastic surgeon and team, it was my first time doing anything like this and they were very informative, detailed and caring. De Mehmet was really clear, calming and ultimately delivered exactly what I hoped for. My main concerns were my breathing and not looking drastically different - just a better version of myself. I am over the moon with my results and going back to correct the rest/complete the procedures in my plan this year. I trust him to deliver the results I wanted in the exact way I described them and would encourage anyone who wants very refined, tasteful results to go with him.

In any craft, the craftsperson is only ever as good as their tools, in this case, their team. This allows the craftsperson to excel in their level of skill and expertise.

From my first nervous contact, I was held all the way. Coming from Australia, Turkey is a long way away, and I don't speak Turkish. I needed to ensure that language and understanding would not be a barrier.

I did piles of online research and reached out to three different surgeons. I chose Dr. Mehmet for three clear reasons:
- He and his team were so responsive personally to all of my questions, providing clear answers and suggestions.
- Dr. Mehmet spoke about facial rejuvenation, long-term results, and what my face would benefit from. I am a 62-year-old sun-loving woman from Australia, and at no time did I feel like he was just selling me a standard approach.
- Dr. Mehmet comes from a background of not just plastic surgery but also reconstructive surgery.

The whole process was seamless and supported. From the airport pickups, the transfers to clinics/hospitals, the quality of the hotel, the care in the hospital, every last detail, and the personalized care I received from my nurse, Gizem, was next level. At no time did I feel like I was on a conveyor belt.

The outcome is evident in my photos. A picture tells a thousand stories. I am coming up to 6 months, and I still believe my face will settle a little more over the coming months. But right now, I would do it all again. The confidence it has given me is next level, the natural look I love so much, no plastic surgery look, just a rejuvenated me, which is what Dr. Mehmet is all about.

I can't recommend Dr. Mehmet highly enough. Know that a facial rejuvenation is a transformation, and transformations take time. Yes, the skill of the surgeon is paramount, crucial, but it's also about your mindset and health in the before and after care. Your body is doing amazing things, so nurture it as much as you can.

Dr Comert performed a double haw surgery on me with some midface implants. A lot of time and consideration went into the planning face to ensure the operation had the best results possible. When the time finally came around for my surgery, I could tell he was just as excited about it as I was. He takes a lot of pride in his work and enjoys what he does. It's very reassuring having someone who cares just as much about your results as you do. I will be going back to him for a few other procedures in the future.

His entire team was very helpful and friendly. Sometimes in the planning phase it may take a day or two to hear back from them. Once you get to Turkey and visit their office you'll understand; they all work very long hours and meet with many patients. They perform several surgeries per week and sometimes have more pressing matters to attend to, don't rush, it will all work out.

Dr Mehmet Comert, is an outstanding surgeon. I chose him for my Rhynoplasty and I am so so happy with my perfect natural results. He also performed a brow lift which has naturally brightened my whole face keeping me so natural. A very refreshed me

I had a deep plane neck and facelift with brow lift and C02 laser in January 2025. From start to finish it has been a fantastic experience. I am so grateful I found Dr Mehmet and it really has been life changing. I had my procedure a few weeks before my 48th birthday. I had been a long time smoker, never really had any sort of skincare routine and had chin issues from a childhood accident and a hereditary double chin my whole life. As I got older it had got so much worse. This was my biggest concern but I also wanted a refreshed look. Dr Mehmet had a lot to deal with!! After a comprehensive zoom consultation I knew Dr Mehmet was the right fit for me. He and his wonderful wife and great team looked after me so well. The aftercare is great and I am still in touch with them now. I went back in November 2025 for a small procedure and it was like seeing old friends. I went on my own that time as I felt happy in the knowledge I would be looked after. I actually really enjoyed my trip. My results far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Mehmet and his team. He really is a master at his craft and also such a genuinely lovely man. I will forever be grateful to him and the team for everything they have done for me and not only do I have a jawline for the first time in my life I have a great natural refreshed look. I tend to scar quite badly but his stitching is just unbelievable. My scars are completely invisible and my ears now look better than they did before as I had a natural pixie ear which he corrected during the surgery. Best decision ever, and if in the future I want any other procedures I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just don't have the words to describe my experience with Dr Mehmet and his team. They were and still are incredible. I had an endoscopic midface lift temporal lift and lower blephoraplasty 9 weeks ago. I'm still in the healing process but so happy with the results. Dr Mehmet, his beautiful wife and wonderful team put me at ease from the start so professional but also so real and human! Nothing was too much trouble I was never left alone for a second. I'm a very anxious patient and after patient but they have been there at the end of the phone every single day.. I honestly can't thank them enough. I'll be going back for breast surgery

I’m an overly critic, obsessed with details, highly demanding individual, you know, a bit of an impossible patient. I had many procedures in the past, in America, in Brazil, in Canada. I came to Dr. Mehmet with permanent fillers that were lumpy and messy and nasolabial folds that many surgeons tried to improve and failed.
I follow Dr. Mehmet’s work on social media for almost 2 years. I witnessed his work, his passion, his attention to detail and artistic hand. I also saw how often he continues to teach and share his knowledge at seminars and conventions. He is a Dr. always searching to improve excellence. Our first consultation over Zoom was exactly what I expected from him. Kind, gracious, unassuming, and honest. He was very happy to embrace the challenge my case presented.
Then I came to Istanbul for surgery. In our first meeting I was in awe of how him and everyone around him, his team, including his adorable wife, dedicated to me the utmost care. I never felt I was “about to get surgery;” I felt I was being taking care of and this welcoming made the process a lot less scary. I am a nurse, I work with surgeons and doctors, but I haven’t met someone like him. He is a gem.
The work: it was 9 procedures in total, 11 hours, I was a bit of a bleeder, and I’m certain the permanent fillers were very complicated ( Dr. Mehmet never complained or implied that it was a lot of work, but it was) and I came out unscathed. I’m still recovering and I’m getting happier every week with what I see. I’ve been to doctors in Beverly Hills, some quite reputable but no one like Dr. Mehmet. From now on, no one touches my face but Dr. Mehmet. Words fail to express how grateful I am to him.
So if you are considering him as your doctor, and if you are considering to make to trip to see him: go for it. You’ll be extremely happy, as I am.

I want to share my personal experience with Dr. Mehmet’s clinic in Turkey so others can make informed decisions.

I scheduled a procedure and paid a $1,500 deposit plus $16,000 for the treatment. Before payment, the communication felt professional and organized. However, on the scheduled day of the procedure, I was told the surgery would not take place after all. I was assured that my payment would be refunded.

Despite those assurances, I did not receive any refund. Two months passed with no updates or outreach from the clinic. I eventually filed disputes with my credit card company to try to recover the money. The clinic stated they would process a refund if I canceled one of the disputes, which I did, but the refund still never occurred.

I had a deep plane facelift and neck lift, upper and lower bleph with fat repositioning, CO2 laser, temporal brow lift and fat transfer.

I am especially thrilled with the work Dr Mehmet did on my eyes. I had previously had an upper bleph but was needing a revision and no other doctors were able to offer me what Dr Mehmet did. I had consulted with two occuloplastic surgeons mind you. He repositioned the fat near my brow to give a very harmonious effect. This alongside the upper bleph. Also fat repositioning lower fat pads with lower bleph also. My lower cheek eye junction looks flawless. He has a brilliant eye for detail within the orbital region. The temporal brow lift just finished it off perfectly whilst still looking natural. Co2 laser was the icing on the cake. My skin looks amazing.

I do have swelling under my neck, my smile hasn’t fully returned yet but I am only 5 months out. Going back next year to have lip lift, fat transfer and if needed Dr Mehmet will address the smile.

You are definitely in safe hands with Dr Mehmet Comert He also has the most wonderful staff and, along with his lovely wife Gizem they take great care to make sure you feel looked after.

Avoid Dr Cömert. He recently botched my temporal and midface lift and am currently paying the price. He is extremely nice and has a wonderful bedside manner but he is too inexperienced to create facial balance and harmony . Now I’m paying for a revision with someone else. I regret it every single day and wish I never set foot in his clinic. Facial asymmetry, paralysis. Textural differences. His team is inconsistent and cannot keep appointments or follow up in appropriate time frame. You meet with the assistants only who have little to no medical background and then Dr Cömert starts to finally plan the surgery the day before from in person consultation. The assistants change the price depending on who you talk to. I’m sure they’re paid a commission based on how many procedures they add. Haven’t heard from the doctor or assistants for months. Horrible experience. No one even recognizes me anymore. My mother cries when she sees me. This is heart breaking . This is what this man is providing as a service severe disfigurement.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Mehmet. He is not only a brilliant and skilled surgeon but he is also a great listener and communicator with a very empathetic and caring heart.

His clinic team is exceptionally trained, professional, courteous and friendly. I felt cared for and respected by each one of them.

I would be very transparent about this- I had to have 2 very complex revision surgeries as I suffered a lot of asymmetry and nerve damage at the hands of previous surgeon. My revision forehead lift turned out beautifully and bought so much youthfulness to my face. With fat grafting to under my eyes and other facial structures, my skin looks better at 42 than it did 20 years ago. He also performed revision rhinoplasty with rib graft and my nose turned out just perfect (no words!). It was the best decision of my life to go with him.. I am happier than ever and extremely satisfied with my aesthetic results.” I thank Dr. Mehmet for everything he has done for me. He has been very supportive every step of the way and has provided excellent post-surgery care as well. He is truly a perfectionist.
