Neelam Ji, We have spoken about it already few times. We sent your parcel in time with tracked service. It was delivered to your address. If someone as stolen it from your doorstep in your own building or from your letterbox. Then how can we be responsible for it? We provided photos as a proof of delivery and you confirmed it was your mom's house door. We are not your postman or your buildings concierge service. You need to complain to them. We use Royal mail and we posted and got it delivered to your address. There are lot of thefts of parcels happening. Therefore its better to have a cctv camera or Ring camera at the front door.
