Medicine not pack properly also arrived late they call me and also send email and telling me don't put review like this You guys will give bad service and not provide service on time, so why should I review? excellent this is up to me you can't force me for review There should be a series action against you people.

I never received my order and waited DAYS for it to be delivered. The first time I contacted Reyansh about this issue, Deepak from customer service was extremely rude to me. All I needed to know was when I would receive my order but he was very unhelpful, he said he would contact Royal Mail and come back to me but he never did. I then had to call a second time and he continued being rude and impatient to me, this is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Instead of helping with my questions, he was giving me demands insisting I haven’t received the parcel because it’s MY fault. I needed my parcel and contacted the company to help me but got yelled at and blamed by Deepak instead, telling me there’s “something wrong with me” which is NO way to treat your customers. How dare he talk to me like that? I haven’t heard back from this company in my countless emails either, so clearly the customer service overall is terrible. He gave me incorrect information to collect my parcel directly from the depot but when I contacted Royal Mail they said they’d never give that advice, so not only was he incredibly rude but also just plain WRONG. Unfortunately he’s the only one who answers the calls, which makes it harder to speak to someone sensible. When I asked to speak to the manager, Deepak said he wouldn’t transfer the call because it was a “waste of time”, what kind of response is that? How am I meant to contact the manager? I’ll never buy from this company again because of Deepak’s incompetence and inability to treat customers with respect. No words for how disgraceful he and this company are.

My order was delivered. Products are ok, with long expiring date. I was waiting very long and they have bad customer service. Did not reply messages and e mail. And IT would be ok to just make the delivery time on the website longer... I thought that i lost my money so not cool. Good products... So if you want to order just get some extra patience.
